Rocco! Rocco is a 1 1/2 year old male Doberman/Rottweiler mix and this man is LARGE weighing in at 111 pounds! Even though he is a big boy, Rocco is very gentle and loving. We are looking for his furever family to have experience with either of these breeds. If you’re interested in Rocco, please fill out an application at noahsarkanimals.org and we will contact you once approved! Story
Hi, I'm Olli. Thanks for taking a look at me! I know my cute face is irresistible, but remember that I will take up lots of your time and attention while I grow into an awesome adult dog. Socialization, training (including house training), and exercise are just a few of the things I will look to you for. Chewing, teething, and learning what is Okay and not Okay to put in my mouth are all part of the puppy experience. And, be prepared for the time and money for frequent trips to the vet during the first few months so I can get up to date on my boosters and vaccines. But most of all, be prepared for all of the LOVE, puppy kisses, and joy I will bring into your life. If you are up for the challenge and the fun, stop in and meet my cute self in person during our adoption hours. For more information, email northaurora@ahconnects.org or call us at 847-697-2880 x: 80, and the staff will be happy to help you. Our dogs and puppies go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested (7 months and over), and up to date on core vaccines, heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Their adoption also includes a free-vet exam at one of our participating veterinarians.

MAMA BEAR – 4 year female. Mama Bear is still waiting for her new family. She is such a sweet girl, loves to cuddle, enjoys meeting new people and is doing well in her foster home. Mama Bear is your typical rottie alpha female. She does well with other dogs as long as they respect her. She loves to play with them though and might be lonely if she is an only dog. Mama Bear is housebroken and crate trained. She would do best in a home with a male. she has not been with cats. If there are children in her new family we recommend they are over the age of 10.
