All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are recommended. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble. He is a silly, goof ball, active boy who loves to run and play. He would enjoy a family who loves to go for walks, play fetch. Rocky does know basic commands and listens when he is told what to do. Rocky is also is a typical rottie boy and can be stubborn. He is housebroken and crate trained, does well with female dogs his size (has not been cat or small dog tested). That happened to me and I have to tell you, I was confused and scared especially when they walked away and left me. That is all over and now that I am in rescue I am feeling much better and feeling safe again. I would say I am a pretty low key girl, I do know some basic obedience and what I don’t know I can learn pretty quick. I would love a new home where I can just hang out with my people.
