Meet Knox, a gentle giant and loyal shadow who is ready for a new best friend. Raised in a loving home, he is professionally trained by J Mack K9 and knows sit, down, heel, stay, and come. He is fully potty and crate trained, sleeping soundly in his cage at night.Knox is high-energy and strong, so he needs a home with a fenced yard and no small children. He is easy to train and highly motivated by hot dogs—his favorite treat for nail clippings! Please note he has a poultry allergy and requires a poultry-free diet.Knox is a soulful companion who is deeply loved and spoiled, and he is ready to bring that same devotion to a lucky new family. I hope to find a home that I can keep in contact with him and send him toys.

Story
I rescued Daisy from a shelter two years ago. She was a stray prior to her life at the shelter. It did not appear Daisy had ever lived in a home before I brought her home, and she was severely under socialized with people and other dogs. She did live with and get along with my lab who is no longer with us, but she is very reactive to other dogs. She is also extremely protective of me and our house. She has a bite history including two bites. She completed training for her aggression. Outside of Daisy's behavioral issues, she is the sweetest, most affectionate dog I've ever owned. I wouldn't recommend having her around children as there are obvious reasons not to trust her. (Will lunge at adults and is very quick to react). I can no longer keep Daisy due to pregnancy and being unable to trust her around an infant. She has been a wonderful companion to me and I am hoping she can build this trust with another person. She loves to be loved, get belly rubs, chew bones, & take long walks.

Zara is a beautiful, affectionate Rottweiler with a heart as big as she is. At nearly 3 years old and around 100 pounds, she loves spending time with her people, soaking up attention, and happily rolling over for belly rubs. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations. Zara is currently staying in boarding while she waits for a foster or forever home, where she enjoys daily walks, enrichment, and time with our volunteers. Zara is looking for a home where she can be the only pet. She would thrive in an adult home or one with older teens who can appreciate her loyal, loving personality. Once she trusts you, she forms a deep bond and is happiest simply being by your side. If you’re looking for a devoted companion with plenty of love to give, Zara may be the perfect match.
