Meet handsome Zeus. He came in with her housemate Bolckka when their owner became too ill to care for them. We can tell you these 2 incredible dogs were absolutely loved and having to rehome them wasn’t an easy decision. The love shows in their personalities. Zeus is a very sweet easy going guy. He loves snuggles and belly rubs so much sometimes its hard to keep him upright when petting him. We know he gets along well with Blockka, but unsure how he will be with a new dog. We will definitely try a meet and greet if you currently have a dog. Zeus walks nicely on leash and is eager to please, he is crate trained and well mannered in the home. Zeus can be adopted by himself or if you have the space and want to help 2 dogs out, we will consider adopting Zeus and Blockka out together to the right home. They enjoy each other`s company but here at the shelter they are still happy playful and sweet on their own. Again, demonstrating a good upbringing.

Meet beautiful Blockka. She came in with her housemate Zeus when their owner became too ill to care for them. Chip is a 2 year old Rottweiler, who was raised in a loving home, and was well cared for. Through no fault of his own he is now looking for a new home. Please no one will be answered without an application. And then only if we consider you a match. Chip will not be going home with other animals. Chip is an all around Good boy! Here are some of fabulous facts about Chip:   - Wonderful temperament  - Super friendly to everyone & good with kids! - Well trained and well mannered  - Great on leash (perfect walking buddy!) - Housebroken - Playful & engaging (Would love a fenced yard) - Good in car (can take him anywhere!)   Chip is non reactive to other dogs but we are looking for a home where he will be the only dog. He has never been around cats.    Chip is up to date on vaccines and will be neutered upon adoption.  If you’d like to meet Chip, please fill out an application on our website at Rescueridge.com.
