Story
Ziva is a 3–4-year-old Rottweiler/Shepherd mix weighing approximately 66 lbs. She came to All Starr Pet Rescue as a local surrender while heavily pregnant. Since arriving in our care, Ziva has blossomed into a confident, friendly girl who happily greets people with a wagging tail. Ziva is housebroken, walks great on a leash, and is a very smart girl. She already knows several commands, including sit, stay, down, and “hook up,” which means it’s time to put on her leash. This sweet, gentle girl absolutely loves attention and being close to her people. She’ll happily follow you around the house, stay by your side, or settle in at your feet. Ziva does have a little of that classic Rottweiler personality and can occasionally be stubborn when she has her own ideas! Ziva is good with kids and other dogs and does okay with cats. She is spayed and up to date on vaccinations. Ziva did an amazing job raising her puppies, and every one of them has found a forever home. Now that her job as a mama is finished, it’s finally Ziva’s turn to find a family of her own. Her adoption fee is $375.

Story
Bailey is a 3 yr old spayed female Rottweiler. She is a big girl. Bailey was owner surrendered to us when her owners could no longer care for her. Bailey is a good girl who is just a little confused about losing her home. She can be a little slow warming up to new people. Once she deems you a friend she is very loving and playful. She loves to play ball. She would prefer a quieter home with someone who will spend time with her. She is fine with children but because of her size we are asking for older children. She is okay with some dogs . She is not good with cats. She is a very happy and healthy girl who is searching for her perfect forever home. She seems very well house trained. She is up to date on shots and wormed. She is already spayed. The adoption fee is $350. If interested in meeting this cutie, please email heritagefarms08@gmail.com or call the foster at 419-779-0862 . She is being fostered in Ottawa Lake, Michigan. When emailing please include information about you and your family including other pets.

Story
Harley and her mother were abandoned with a friend of my aunt who couldn't take care of them long term. We took Harley not understanding how active she would be. We have two other dogs that she gets along with well. However, she needs a more active household. She is very loving and cuddly. She likes to jump, climb and chew. She does not like to share her toys.

Marion, OH

Story
Tank’s journey has been a bumpy one—he was rehomed when his original owner had to move, and was later found as a stray. He took part in a brief trial adoption, but was returned due to having separation anxiety and his barking causing tension with a neighbor. He was adopted earlier this year but recently returned because his adopters sadly lost their home. Through it all, he’s stayed a sweet, loyal boy. Tank is said to be good with dogs and kids, but he’d prefer a home without cats.Once he settles in and those first-day jitters fade, Tank is an absolute joy to be around. He may be a little shy at first, which is totally understandable in a loud shelter full of unfamiliar dogs, but give him a minute and you’ll see the goofy, loving side he’s been waiting to share. If Tank sounds like the companion your family has been missing, we’d love to set up a meet-and-greet! 🎄

Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Hero is a 2.5‑year‑old Rottweiler with a huge heart and an even bigger love for people. He’s playful, affectionate, and happiest when he’s right by your side with a toy in his mouth. Hero adores other dogs — sometimes a little too much — and his excitement can come out as big, bouncy energy. With some guidance and continued positive experiences, he’s learning how to channel that big love in calmer ways. Hero would do best with older kids simply because he sometimes forgets just how big and enthusiastic he is when he’s happy — which is pretty much all the time. If you’re looking for a loyal shadow who just wants to be part of whatever you’re doing, Hero is your guy! Hero is crate trained, housebroken, neutered, and up to date on vaccines. His forever family must have a fenced yard and live within 45 miles of Toledo, Ohio *If you do not meet the requirements listed for this dog, we are not obligated to respond to your application. Due to high volume, inquiries made on petfinder and adoptapet will not be answered. Please complete an application on our website https://toledospetbullproject.com/adoption/

Story
Charlie just turned 3 years old — a birthday she spent, once again, behind the walls of the shelter she’s called home for almost a year and a half. 🥀She’s a beautiful Rottweiler/Retriever mix with the softest eyes and the sweetest soul… but you’ll have to earn the chance to see that side of her. Charlie struggles with meeting new people — the world hasn’t always been kind to her — but if someone could just give her a few chances, visit her a couple of times, sit quietly nearby and let her heart unfold on its own… they’d find the most loyal, gentle, loving dog waiting underneath the fear. 💔Once she trusts you, she’s pure sunshine — a snuggly, kiss-giving, tail-wagging angel who will follow you anywhere. She walks beautifully on a leash, rides calmly in the car, and loves to stretch her legs running around the yard before curling up in a soft bed or a pile of blankets. She doesn’t care much for toys — she just wants love, safety, and someone to finally stay. 🐾Charlie has done well with some dogs here, but she takes her time getting comfortable — both with people and other pets. She’d do best in a quiet, low-traffic home with no young kids or cats. She’s a staff and volunteer favorite because we’ve seen the real her — the dog that greets you with kisses, melts into your lap, and looks at you like you’re her entire world. 🌙We keep telling her that her person is out there. That someone will see past the nerves and realize what a once-in-a-lifetime dog she truly is. But with every day that passes, she waits a little longer.Maybe you’re the one she’s been waiting for. 🖤More information?
