Story
Welcome Brutus to CCPAL Rescue. Brutus is a 2.5 year old Terrier/Rottweiler mix is our best guess of his blend. He weighs about 55 pounds. He is athletic and has a shorter not to much of a shedding dog. I call this dog a man dog. He loves men as the kennel workers are all men and they take great care of him. He is a strong dog but walks well on the leash after he his excitement of a walk has ended. He would be a great jogging, walking or hiking companion. He will sit when you ask him to and he is affectionate. He would be a great companion dog for someone wanting a dog to join them in all their outdoor activities. He is eager to please and not hard to get his willingness to comply. He has a very cute ear that is wonky and it adds to his adorableness in our opinion. He is vaccinated, healthy and ready for his forever home. He could go with children. We like them to be 8 or older. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland(Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 300 and transport is 200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Online applications at www.ccpal.info/ See her cute video!!

Story
Welcome Rocky to CCPAL Rescue. He is a Rottweiler or Shepherd/Bulldog is our best guess on breed. He has a beautiful grey coat that is shorter and he is athletic and friendly. He weighs about 50 pounds and is a good weight and is about 1.5 years old. He has new adult teeth that are still nice and clean. He would be perfect for a runner, walker, jogger, hiker or athletic and outdoorsy family. He loves all people so you won’t have any trouble with him meeting new people. He would love to join a family on all their adventures. He is good in his kennel and goes potty in his outdoor space. He hasn’t been reactive when we had him on leash. He is a head turner for sure. He is getting his vaccinations and will be neutered and ready for his forever home in a couple of weeks. He is outgoing and would be fine with a family that has children. We would like children to be 8 or older. Rocky is not a big shedding dog. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas. We can also work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 300 and transport is 180. Story
Welcome Salem to CCPAL Rescue. Salem is a 4-year old Rottie/Boxer mix that weighs about 65 pounds. She is beautiful gun metal grey with a brownish tint. She bonds very deeply like the Rottie to her person. She gets along with other dogs but she wants to be the only one for her particular person. She is on the quiet side as far as barking goes. She is lower on the shedding scale and has a nice soft coat. She has an adorable underbite. I think she would like to be a home body type dog and be around her person a lot. She would love her human to work from home or only work some days. She kennels up just by asking her to kennel up. She is very smart and takes direction well. She is a little shy in new settings and not all that interested in meeting new people. If you like the Rottie personality or the Dachshund personality you will like this dog. It is enjoyable to have a dog that is super loyal and not everybody’s dog. She would be great for an older single person or older couple that want a nice companion around the house. She would also be good for someone that is younger but more of a homebody time as well. She is super beautiful and is a head turner in looks. She is spayed, vaccinated and ready for her forever home. She is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 300 and transport is 200. Story
Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.Have you ever wanted a pocket Rottweiler?  Well you can have a great one in pretty PENNY.  She is only 60 pounds and 2 years old and oh my gosh, she is the sweet little girl around.  PENNY is 2 years old and I hate to keep repeating myself but she is simple the sweetest. She has no aggression in any area and does not react to other dogs, she gets along with all of the dogs and loves to play.  She walks great on a leash and does not get sick in the car. PENNY was found running the streets of San Antonio, TX and after posting her on social media, no one was looking for her.  But that is okay because I am happy to have her in our rescue group. Of course she needs her own home and would make an excellent companion for any human as she is gentle and mild.  And she would be a great playmate for another dog. If you are interested in adopting PENNY, please submit an application on the website below.  Thank you. www.roxysk9rescue.org     ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption. Our organization is run by volunteers/foster parents, please be patient to give us time to respond to your emails and/or phone calls.  We will reply to you.  Thank you.         January 21, 2026, 9:31 am

Story
Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.ADOPTED!! You guessed it, we named her Sweetie because she is so deserving of that name, too sweet and loving. This 5 year old young girl just wants to be loved and hang around you, she craves human attention and I am giving her all I can. But she has to share with the other foster dogs here. Sweetie is good about sharing and happy to live with her foster siblings big and small. She gets along with everything and everyone. I do not have cats so I do not know about them. Sweetie weighs 56 pounds right now but she was thinner when I got her. She needs to put on a few more pounds but she is a petite size Rottweiler. Sweetie came to my attention by some out of town visitors, she kept going into the hotel they were staying and laying on the cool floor. We are in San Antonio, Texas and we are having a very hot summer. The visitors fed her for a few days and reached out to me for help. Before I could get over there to get her, ACS, our very high kill shelter picked her up . Turns out Sweetie had a microchip so ACS contacted her owners to pick her up, they never came and Sweetie ended up on death row simply because he owners abandoned her. I immediately pulled her from the facility and brought her into my home. She was confused at first and didn't know how to act but it was clear that she really appreciated the love and attention, she gobbled it up. Sweetie has adjusted and really ready for her own home. Sweetie is spayed, vaccinated, rabes, dewormed and microchipped under my rescue and healthy. She has a lot more life to live, can you be her hero? Her medical records will come with her. Thank you.   ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes. WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 🤠🐾 Meet Lubbock — The Little Cowboy of Puppy Shenanigans 🐾🤠 Male • 3 Months Old • ~12 lbs • Boxer / Malinois Mix (best guess) This handsome little guy is Lubbock, a 3-month-old, 12-pound bundle of curiosity, wiggles, and future adventure buddy greatness. Right now he’s in the early stages of puppyhood — which basically means life is one big exciting experiment involving toys, zoomies, snacks, and investigating absolutely everything. Lubbock can be a little shy when meeting new people at first, but don’t worry — he has one very effective weakness: treats. Offer a snack and suddenly you’re upgraded to “trusted human” status. Being very food motivated means he’s also going to be a rock star student when it comes to training. One thing Lubbock is already very confident about? Dogs are awesome. He absolutely loves other dogs and will need a home with a friendly, confident canine sibling to help guide him and continue building his confidence. Having a dog buddy means playtime, learning the house rules, and of course — proper nap pile formation. Lubbock is also learning important puppy skills like walking on a leash and exploring the world around him. Every day is a new adventure, and he approaches it all with wide eyes and a wagging tail. He’s also a fan of water and outdoor exploring, which means puddles, sprinklers, and creek splashing are all high on his list of approved hobbies. And once he settles in and his confidence really kicks in? Well… prepare yourself. Because that’s when the official Lubbock Puppy Shenanigan Show begins. Expect things like: • High-speed zoomie laps around the yard • Toy collections mysteriously appearing everywhere • Dramatic “I meant to do that” puppy tumbles • Nose-first investigations of everything in sight • Daily laugh-out-loud puppy comedy moments Lubbock is the perfect age to grow up alongside his forever family, learning the ropes while joining in on all the adventures — hiking trails, backyard playtime, camping trips, neighborhood walks, and of course couch snuggles once the day’s fun is done. His dream home is one that enjoys being active, laughing often, and embracing the joyful chaos that comes with raising a puppy. Because once Lubbock settles in and lets his personality shine, he’s going to bring a lifetime of laughs, loyalty, and tail-wagging happiness. 👉 Apply today at haydudeequine.org and let Lubbock bring the puppy comedy, the adventures, and the endless smiles into your life. 🐶💛

WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 🌟🐾 Meet Victoria — Tiny Queen of Puppy Shenanigans 🐾🌟 Female • 3 Months Old • ~12 lbs • Boxer / Malinois Mix (our best guess!) Introducing Victoria, a 12-pound bundle of puppy curiosity, wiggles, and future adventure buddy potential. At just 3 months old, she’s already working very hard on her most important life goals: making friends, investigating absolutely everything, and perfecting the art of dramatic puppy zoomies. Victoria can be a little shy when meeting new people at first, but give her a treat or two and suddenly you’re promoted to “favorite human of the day.” She warms up quickly once she realizes snacks and kindness are involved — and since she is very food motivated, training will be a breeze (especially if treats are on the payroll). One thing Victoria is absolutely sure about? She LOVES other dogs. In fact, she will need a home with a friendly, confident canine sibling to help show her the ropes and build her confidence. Dog friends make the world a much happier place in Victoria’s opinion, and she loves playing, following them around, and learning from them. She’s also currently working on important puppy skills like walking on a leash and learning how the world works. Considering her age, she’s doing great and soaking everything up like the little sponge she is. Victoria is also a water fan — puddles, splashing, investigating suspiciously wet places… all highly approved activities. And once she fully settles in and gains her confidence? Well… buckle up. Because that’s when the puppy shenanigans department officially opens for business. Expect things like: • Random zoomies through the house • Toys mysteriously appearing everywhere • Sudden dramatic flops mid-play • Curious nose investigations of absolutely everything • Daily laugh-out-loud puppy moments She’s the perfect age and size to grow up right alongside her forever family. Whether that means hiking trails, backyard adventures, camping trips, or simply running joyful laps around the yard with her doggy sibling, Victoria is ready for it all. Her ideal family will be active, outdoorsy, patient, and ready for the hilarious chaos that only a growing puppy can bring. Because once Victoria settles in and her confidence blooms, she’s going to be the kind of dog who fills your days with laughter, love, and a whole lot of tail wags. 👉 Apply today at haydudeequine.org and let Victoria bring the puppy comedy, the adventures, and the endless smiles home. 🐶💛
