And I am one of them, but I am THE CUTEST, tHE SMARTEST and the HAPPIEST of ALL of them :) Penelope is my name and it may be a little of challenge to spell it but there is no other challenge with me ;) I have been treated for my cherry eyes (no not like the topping of a sundae :) and my heart worms and now it is OUR TIME! I am sweet and cuddly and loving and will LET YOU KNOW when you need to love on me more :D I am great with other dogs and love to play play play!! I am a solid 70# girl and just the right size for lap dog antics and just a little smooshing in for attention! I am ready for you, but are YOU ready for me???? Adopt me soon!! Alfalfa has so many meanings. To horse people alfalfa is a rich and green leafy food :) To dog people, Alfalfa, means ME!!! I have not lead the most "leafy" life though. I was FINALLY saved from an extreme hoarding situation - I was waiting my whole life to leave that "life" behind!! And I am SO grateful to the ladies who have taken over a year to save 65 of the 87 dogs I lived with AND are still working to get more out! I am a shy when u first meet me, but don't let that de-suade you! I will warm up and you will be so so grateful that you gave me the time to open up to you and show you my steady and grateful side, I am more of a loner than a lot of hoarding dogs are, I actually would be fine with or without another dog or cat. I am slow to trust but once I trust you I am a quiet and loving companion :) Only on my terms. I have been through a lot and just need the most wonderful, patient, laid back and quiet family!! I know you are OUT THERE!! Look onto my chocolate dreamy eyes, and get that application in! I am waiting..... Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 ( includes transport to your area)

Waylon is a 6 month old happy and healthy boy! This sweet boy was rescued from the streets of San Antonio. He was stranded off the side of the road, hidden in the brush with his sister. They were both covered in fleas and ticks and were skin and bones. Since getting acclimated to his new, safe and comfy life, he has blossomed into the biggest love bug. He loves to give kisses and get belly rubs in return. He loves to play with his other dog friends, but is perfectly happy playing with his chew toys on his own. He is leash trained and potty trained. Waylon would thrive in a home with another dog. We can't wait to hear from you!

Lily lost her mommy and needs a new home. She is the sweetest dog ever. She loves to cuddle and play. She is a young dog. around 4 - 5 years old and 65 pounds. She is a boxer retriever mix. Lily is white with beautiful brindle patches. One patch on her back looks like wings and one of her hind quarters looks like a heart. And she has a brindle patch over her left eye. Lily loves little kids, especially little girls. Lily loves cats and other dogs too. The perfect home for Lily would be with a family with young children that will love her and play with her. She will even cuddle up and sleep with them. Lily would be the best Christmas present a child could get.
