Meet Loretta!Loretta is a sweet 2-month-old Rottweiler mix puppy. She is curious, loves to play with any and all toys and pets. She is a great eater gaining the nickname of Hungry, Hungry Hippo. She would also be line for the Biggest Klutz at this point, as she is still learning how to run and walk with her puppy energy and big puppy feet. She is going to be a large dog based on her breed and feet size. Loretta loves to play with other dogs, but it is hard to tell at this point if she needs a dog companion in her forever home. Loretta still needs to be spayed and has completed two of her puppy series of shots.To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquires but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

Poncho is playful and fun. He was my Dad's dog. Dad purchased him so that his older dog Sugar would not be lonely. When Dad died, both dogs became my responsibility. We have land for them to run around on; however, it became too much for Sugar (the older dog). She is now living in comfort with my niece.Poncho is young. He was born Nov - Dec 2024. He needs to be with a family with kids who will play with him or with a young couple who has more time for him. He would do best on a farm, but he is very smart and could learn to live with a family or couple that will play and teach him to stay in a reasonable size yard.I am in my 50's, and it's not fair to him to be left alone at home while I work.He does have allergies. He has to take Zenrelia. I will gladly help any family pay for those meds for the rest of his and/or my life. It breaks my heart to let him go. But I know he would do better with a family.

?? Hola, I’m Señor Twizzler! ??I may have a fancy name, but I’m really just a sweet guy looking for a family to call my own. I can be a little shy when meeting new people, so I might need a little time to warm up. Once I know you’re a friend, though, I’m happy to be by your side and enjoy life together.One of my favorite things is going for walks. There’s so much to see and smell out in the world, and I love taking my time exploring. And if there are treats involved? Even better! A tasty snack is a great way to win me over.When it comes to other dogs, I’ve done well with some of them, especially when introductions are handled thoughtfully. Taking things slow helps me feel comfortable and confident.What I’m really hoping for is a patient, loving family that will help me come out of my shell and show me what it means to have a forever home. In return, I’ll give you my loyalty, companionship, and plenty of sweet moments along the way.
