Hi there, thanks for checking out my profile. My name is Katie and like my name’s sake, I am in the water frequently. My foster Mom calls them baths, I think of them as pretraining for swimming. I have a foster sister who is helping me learn to play with all the toys. There is this game that’s called zoomies and it looks like a lot of fun, but I’m not quite ready for that yet. Although I do try!
My ideal home is to have someone who can teach me to be the best puppy ever! I do like to explore and follow my foster sister (and snuggle with her), but I also am a helper for my foster Mom. I mean, those dishes need to be cleaner when put in the dishwasher don’t they? And that bit of fluff on the floor, someone needs to pick it up, right? After a hard day’s work, like the true athlete that I am, it’s all about the massages and belly rubs before bedtime for a good night’s sleep. I’m going to be a medium to large girl when I finish growing up, so I hope you have a big yard for me to run in and that you will take me on lots of adventures with you. Katie was born in July 2024 and is located in a foster home in Texas.

Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).Our out of state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention.
