Investigators also found deceased dogs on the property, making it clear that Bow had endured severe neglect. Despite everything she`s been through, she continues to greet the world—and every person she meets—with an open heart.Bow absolutely loves to have fun and get out for walks. She`s energetic and always ready for her next adventure. Food is definitely the way to her heart, making her highly motivated and eager to learn. It`s obvious she hasn`t had much training or guidance in her life, and so many everyday experiences are still brand new to her. But she`s curious, willing, and excited to discover what life has to offer.Bow is looking for a family that will show her the love, patience, and stability she`s always deserved. She has firm ideas on her boundaries and clearly expresses her feelings if you ask for too much from her. We think a home without kids would be the best fit at this time as she has been through so much and seems uncomfortable with excessive handling. Meet Itzly, a five-year-old Doberman mix.She was owner surrendered simply because her previous family could not dedicate enough time to her, and she’s now hoping for a fresh start with someone who will truly appreciate her gentle, people-oriented nature.Itzly is a petite girl for her breed mix, making her an especially charming and manageable companion. She already knows basic commands like “sit” and “paw,” and she’s highly treat-motivated, which makes training fun and rewarding. She walks well on leash and enjoys getting out for strolls, where she can take in the world at a relaxed, easygoing pace.True to her affectionate personality, Itzly absolutely loves snuggles and being close to her people. She has lived in a home with both kids and cats and did well, showing a social and adaptable side when properly introduced and supervised. She enjoys companionship and will likely bond closely with her family. She does have a tendency to chase cats so a home without cats would be best or a home with cats that will stand their ground while you work with her. She was potty trained in a home environment, but we always encourage people to take dogs out frequently until a routine is established. She has been around kids and done well as well. As a Doberman mix, Itzly reflects many of the traits the breed is known for — loyalty, intelligence, and a strong attachment to their humans. Doberman Pinscher dogs are also typically energetic and people-focused, thriving when they are included in daily life and given both mental and physical engagement. While Dobermans are often alert and protective by nature, they are also deeply affectionate “velcro dogs” who want to be near their people as much as possible.Itzly is playful, loving, and ready to become someone’s constant companion.
