She came to us through our My Last Litter Program, an initiative that helps break the cycle of pet overpopulation by bringing in litters of puppies, finding them loving homes, and ensuring momma dogs are spayed so they don’t contribute to the problem again. Programs like this truly save lives—and Ellie is one of those success stories.Ellie is a Doberman mix, a breed known for being intelligent, loyal, and deeply people-oriented. Dobermans thrive with structure, training, and regular mental and physical exercise, so it’s important that potential adopters research the breed and are prepared for an active, smart dog who does best when included as part of the family.With the right home and guidance, Ellie will grow into an amazing companion.
