Story
Meet Paris, a beautiful husky with the kind of ice blue eyes that stop you in your tracks and a grin that seems to say she has decided today is going to be a good day. Paris has been through more than a dog her age should have to face. Her ears tell part of that story, showing signs that someone once handled her with a pair of scissors instead of kindness. But if you ask Paris about her past, she will not dwell on it. She would much rather show you her tennis ball collection or convince you that the couch cushion next to her has your name on it. She is currently working through a training program, learning that the world can be soft and predictable and full of people who keep their promises. She is doing beautifully. Paris gets along well with other dogs and enjoys their company, whether that means a good zoomie session in the yard or simply curling up nearby for a nap. The one thing her future family should know is that she can be food reactive, so mealtimes and high value treats are best managed with a little structure, something her training team can walk you through. At her core, Paris is a wonderfully laid back girl who also knows how to let loose and play when the mood strikes. She is not asking for a perfect life. She is just looking for a family willing to let her be a little bit silly, a little bit snuggly, and completely herself. If you have room in your home and your heart for a husky who has already shown so much resilience, Paris would love to meet you.

Story
Meet Katya, a beautiful 6-month-old Samoyed who is still discovering just how safe and wonderful the world can be. Katya came to us with very little socialization, so new people, dogs, and experiences can feel a bit overwhelming at first. She is a sensitive girl who simply needs time, patience, and gentle encouragement to build her confidence. With her mom, Anya, Katya’s playful and more relaxed side comes out, giving us a glimpse of the happy, curious puppy waiting to emerge. She would likely benefit from having calm, confident dogs in her life who can help show her that new experiences don’t have to be scary. Katya is also just beginning to learn how to walk on leash and will need an adopter who is comfortable taking things slowly and celebrating the little victories along the way. She isn’t a puppy who will immediately bound into every new situation, but for the right person, watching her learn to trust and blossom will be incredibly rewarding. With patience, consistency, and lots of positive experiences, we think this sweet, fluffy girl has all the potential in the world to become a wonderful companion.

Story
Meet Ivan! 🤍 This handsome 2 year old Samoyed is about 32 pounds of pure fluff and has so much love to give. Ivan is currently on a three meal a day plan to help him reach a healthier weight, and little by little, he is making wonderful progress. Ivan is also learning that being on a leash can be a pretty great thing! Since leash walking is still unfamiliar territory for him, he will need a patient and consistent person who can gently guide him as he learns to feel comfortable and confident on walks. He loves being around people and is still learning to fully trust his person, but once he feels safe, his sweet personality really shines. Ivan loves toys, enjoys having something to chew on, and is happiest when he has people nearby. He may need a little extra patience and guidance as he continues to build his confidence, but he is such a loving and enjoyable companion to have around. We can't wait to see him continue to blossom!

Story
Marina is a 6 month old Samoyed who is a gentle, unsure little girl still learning how to navigate the world around her. She came to us very undersocialized and is hesitant around both people and other dogs. She feels most comfortable with her mom, Anya, and enjoys being playful with her. Having calm and confident dogs around will be an important part of helping Marina continue to come out of her shell. Marina is not yet comfortable walking on leash and will need a patient, understanding person who can introduce her to new experiences slowly and positively. She may be a little nervous at first, but with time, consistency, and lots of encouragement, we hope to watch her confidence grow. She is a special girl who deserves someone willing to give her the time she needs to discover just how wonderful the world can be. 💕

Meet Anya! 🤍 This beautiful 3 year old Samoyed is around 35 pounds and has a personality all her own. Anya is a curious girl who loves being outside and exploring the world around her. She doesn’t mind the company of other dogs, but she’s also perfectly content doing her own thing. Anya especially loves splashing around in water, playing with toys, and making sure everyone knows she’s there! She is a very vocal girl who loves grabbing the attention of her people and truly craves human connection. Anya is still learning about leash walking, as it’s unfamiliar territory for her. She will need someone patient and understanding who is willing to take the time to show her that a leash is nothing to be afraid of and help her become comfortable and confident. With the right person by her side, Anya is sure to be a fun, affectionate, and wonderfully entertaining companion!

Story
Meet Scratch! This stunning white German Shepherd and Malamute mix is back with us and looking for a true forever home. He was originally born right here in our rescue and named Austin, but he was adopted out as a puppy to a family who loved him. Sadly, a year later, his family's circumstances changed and they were no longer able to care for him, bringing him back into our rescue family. Scratch has grown into a beautiful, loyal, and energetic young dog who is ready for a fresh start. He combines the sharp intelligence of a German Shepherd with the playful, adventurous spirit of a Malamute. Because he is just a year old, he still has plenty of that fun puppy energy and a big curiosity about the world around him. He is highly food-motivated, eager to learn, and ready to bond deeply with a handler who can guide his teenage energy. His ideal home is an active one that can provide him with the daily physical exercise and mental stimulation he craves. Scratch would love a family that enjoys outdoor adventures, backyard playtime, and continuing his training so he can be the best boy possible. He has handled these big life changes with a brave heart and cannot wait to meet the family that will promise him a lifetime of commitment.

Story
If you’ve ever dreamed of a Husky with movie-star looks and perfect manners — Milton is your guy. This handsome Husky recently got his freedom from the shelter and immediately showed everyone what an incredible companion he is. After being rescued, Milton joined his rescuers for a café outing where he calmly settled under their chairs, slept peacefully while they ate, didn’t beg for food, and behaved like an absolute gentleman from start to finish. Truly, a perfect angel. Milton has a steady, well-balanced personality that makes him stand out. He’s polite, observant, and seems to understand how to exist beautifully in human spaces. Whether you’re grabbing coffee with friends, working from home, or heading out for a walk, Milton is the kind of dog who will quietly and loyally stay by your side. At around three years old, he’s past the chaotic puppy phase but still has plenty of life, love, and adventure ahead of him. He would thrive in a home that appreciates a calm, well-mannered companion, someone who wants a dog they can truly share life with. Milton waited patiently for his second chance. Now he’s ready to give his whole heart to the person who chooses him.

Story
Meet Igor, a Miranda's Rescue survivor. They say the eyes are the window to the soul, and one look into Igor's ice-blue gaze will stop you in your tracks. This striking black-and-white Siberian Husky has been waiting for the one person who will look right back and say, "I've got you." Igor hasn't had the easiest road. Rescued through Miranda's Rescue, he hasn't found a place to call home yet, not because he isn't worthy, but because the right match hasn't come along. He needs someone who understands that the best things take time and patience. About Igor True to his Husky roots, Igor is an escape artist, he's clever, curious, and always looking for adventure just beyond the fence line. He has already completed training and is currently enrolled in an active training program specifically focused on his separation anxiety. He's putting in the work; now he just needs a home that will honor that effort. Igor does best with larger dogs and would thrive alongside a calm, confident canine companion. He is not a good fit for homes with small dogs or cats. Igor doesn't need perfection, he needs permanence. He needs someone who will look into those ice-blue eyes, see the dog he's becoming, and choose him anyway. If that sounds like you, Igor has been waiting to meet you.
