Story
Momo is a very good dog. She's sweet and good with my kids and she's cuddly and chill, but will still bark if anyone approaches my house. I've had her 5 weeks. She has a tendency to be underfoot a lot. She wants belly rubs and thinks I'll stop if she's in the way. She's right She absolutely refuses to touch dry food. Purina One seems to cause her stomach problems but she's been doing fine on Blue Buffalo. I've had some issues with her pooping in the house, but i started crating her when im not directly watching her and she's been fine since. I can give you the crate with her, though hopefully she'd need it less. I run around a lot. I do camping, hiking, kayaking and driving. She gets car sick. She hates the water. She seems happy outside for only short times. I feel that I'm not the best owner for her and she'd be happier elsewhere. Since she doesn't really want to run around with me, I think it would be a more stable situation for her to have an owner a bit more chill like her.

Story
I need to rehome a Pomeranian named Bear (blue merle) for my mother. He's one and a half years old, very active, about 12 lbs, super sweet, and loves kids and attention. Unfortunately Bear hasn't mastered pottying on pads/outside 100% yet so he'll need someone consistent and with patience. He is a little anxious in the kennel but we’ve been working on it and he does well most of the time. He is a very loving dog that we are sad to see go but my mother is going through a divorce and needs to find somewhere else to go.

Very nice happy guy. He recently had an eye removed but has completely healed. He gets along great with other dogs. He is fully crate trained. In addition to the eye surgery, he has also recently been neutered and had a dental.

Story
If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment to visit with this animal or multiple animals, please email us at info@animalhope.org or call 817‑984‑1129 between 12 pm and 6 pm.Squirrel is a 2‑year‑old Jindo mix weighing about 15 pounds, and he’s a spirited, energetic boy with a big personality. He’s one of our newer intakes, and so far we’ve learned that he’s smart, independent, and definitely has a stubborn streak. With the right adopter—someone who can provide structure, consistency, and outlets for his energy—Squirrel has the potential to thrive. We have not yet fully tested him around other dogs, but he walked past the lobby dogs on leash without issue. As we continue to get to know him, we’ll learn more about his social preferences. He was found as a stray, so we do not have background information on him, but our veterinary team noted no health concerns. His adoption fee is $300.Because we don’t observe our animals in home settings, we aren’t able to guarantee whether he is housebroken.Upon intake, every animal receives:Spay/neuter surgeryMicrochipAll age‑appropriate vaccinationsBlood and fecal testing (with treatment if needed)Flea, tick, and heartworm preventionA complimentary wellness exam 7–10 days after adoptionPlease note that adopters must be at least 21 years old and live within an hour of our facility. If you’d like to meet Squirrel, we’d be happy to help. He’s a lively, intelligent young dog who’s ready for an adopter who can match his energy and help him shine. 🐾✨
