Story
Milo is a 9-year-old schnoodle mix living in LA! We've had him since he was a puppy (his mom was an abandoned schnoodle that delivered her puppies after being rescued). He's a sweet, mild tempered little guy who loves snuggling, attention, and playing like a puppy. He's sometimes anxious around big dogs. He's been a great companion to my husband and I, and our toddler. Most days, he allows her to play as she wishes and has only ever once delivered a soft warning hold on her hand when he felt things were too rough. He's considered hypo-allergenic. He's housetrained, but since having children, has consistently had accidents in the house. Part of this is him not getting the time and attention he deserves, which leads us to his listing here. We are moving out of the country and are looking for someone/a family to take in Milo as their own and give him the time & dedication he needs. He truly is a wonderful dog. He's currently walked and fed 2x a day, but would thrive on a 3x day schedule.

Story
Sweet Bungee is a fantastic guy. He was rescued from a very, very high kill shelter in LA County. Bungee has proven to be an amazing family dog. He is so happy and so playful. He appears to be non shedding and he will require grooming. Bungee is an extremely loving dog, that loves to be with his people, but does equally well in his crate.He is fully potty trained too! Also is great around farm animals. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Our dogs are in foster homes which enables us to learn more about them in a home environment. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. An application, adoption fee and contract are required. Please direct all questions to adopt@crdogrescue.com. All our dogs can be met with an approved application. If this listing is still posted, we are still accepting applications. We do not do out-of-state adoptions. We do not hold dogs, please submit your application when you are ready to adopt. If you are interested in meeting any Poochmatch dog, please visit our website to complete an adoption application. It is in the ADOPTION folder at the top of our home page. Just fill in the blanks and SEND. We commonly receive multiple applications for a single dog. Nevertheless, only one applicant will be invited to meet a dog at a mutually agreeable appointment day, time & place. Usually Petsmart Yorba Linda or our Santa Ana location near South Coast Plaza. All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, microchip registration, full sets of core vaccinations (rabies and 1 set of distemper/parvo for adults, 4 for puppies) and deworming. Adoption fees vary based on age, breed, size and the costs incurred on the dog's behalf by us i.e. medical, behavioral training, etc.

Sonny is only four months old, but this little guy has already had quite the change of scenery. He and his sister, Cher, were found running loose on the streets of San Bernardino. Their owner eventually came forward and made the decision to surrender them, giving Sonny the chance to start over and grow up somewhere safe. A Maltipoo and Schnoodle Mix, Sonny is an adorable combination of two breeds known for being bright, expressive, and full of personality. At four months, he’s right in the middle of the fun puppy stage—curious about everything, eager to investigate what’s happening around him, and still learning all the important things that come with growing up. He has a whole personality waiting to unfold as he discovers toys, new places, new people, and all the little routines that make a house feel like home. Sonny is good with kids, dogs, and cats, making him a pretty versatile little companion. He can fit into a home with four-legged friends or be the center of attention as someone’s very own puppy. He and Cher may have started out navigating the streets together, but Sonny’s next adventure should be much different: a safe home, a family to teach him the ropes, and plenty of time to simply be the silly, curious puppy he is. We hold an event every weekend at our facility on SATURDAY and SUNDAY 11-5pm and open to the public. It is first come first serve we do not evaluate applications prior to an event. If there are multiple interested parties in the same dog or puppy at the same time we would pick the best out of the 10 applications. Cher may be small, but she’s already got a story of her own. At just four months old, this Maltipoo and Schnoodle mix has gone from roaming the streets of San Bernardino with her brother, Sonny, to getting a fresh start in rescue. Their owner eventually came forward and surrendered them, and now Cher gets the chance to experience the parts of puppyhood she missed. There’s something especially fun about a puppy this age—Cher is still a blank canvas, with so much of her personality waiting to show itself. She’s young enough to be introduced to all kinds of new experiences and old enough to start showing you the little quirks that will make her uniquely Cher. One day she’s discovering something new, the next she’s completely absorbed in whatever has caught her attention. She’s the kind of puppy who will keep life interesting simply because she’s figuring it all out as she goes. Cher is comfortable around kids, dogs, and cats, giving her a great foundation for becoming a well-rounded little companion. What she needs now is someone willing to enjoy the process of raising a puppy—not just the cute moments, but the funny ones, the learning curves, the zoomies, and all the personality that comes with them.
