Hi! I’m Hippy, the original OG -“velvet hippo”. I’ve come a long way - I came to AAP with a skin condition, no hair and was very withdrawn but I’m doing so much better after some TLC! I love getting the zoomies outside but once inside I make a bee-line to the couch and am an instant couch potato, laying up against you snoring with zero shame. I’m starting to understand playing with a ball and absolutely love a good chew toy! I’m the absolute sweetest 1 year old girl who prefers all the attention - best with no other dogs.  I will give you all the love you will ever need!  All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH.
