Pei came to HSU from another shelter, so her history is a bit of a mystery! Pei did spend time in a foster home, who reported she did well with kids. Pei appreciates a slow introduction to other dogs and time to get to know new friends. She love snuggles, playing tug and going on long walks. Her foster says that she is a beautiful girl with lots of energy and love! She is house trained, does well in a crate, and on a leash! We don’t have any other information on her except that she’s been friendly when meeting new people here, and she’s a big silly ham! Come meet this Brindle Beauty!

Surprisingly she fits her quirky name.  She is bursting with enthusiasm and has been starved for a person to give her endless amounts of love to.  She is still underweight, but PeiPeople will have that remedied in no time.  Grasshopper is healing from her spay and entropion surgery.  Check back for updates on this little sweet pea!  We estimate she is around 5 years old and is fostering in Utah.  December 5, 2025, 11:29 am
