Story
MBR holds monthly adoption events on the 2nd Saturday of every month at Tractor Supply in Columbia Station, 24100 Royalton Road from 11 am - 2 pm. Questions can be emailed to rescue@mbrohio.com Cash is an adorable Bully mix born on 12/11/25, and he’s the quieter, more observant half of his sibling duo. While he may be smaller than his sister June, Cash makes up for it with a big heart and a wonderfully gentle soul. Cash is very people- and dog-focused. From the moment he met his foster’s large resident dogs, he was eager to interact and be part of the pack. He’s a thoughtful little guy who likes to watch, learn, and imitate — whether that’s trying out a playful bow after observing wrestling matches or discovering that barking is part of dog-to-dog conversation too. He enjoys playing tug (he’s recently upgraded from shower curtains and comforters to playing tug with the resident dog — a big milestone!), but he also knows how to relax and simply chill nearby, soaking everything in. Cash is confident and well-adjusted for a young pup. He does great in the car, isn’t bothered by loud noises, and isn’t fazed by hats or other “scary” human accessories. He sleeps peacefully in his crate through the night, making him an easy addition to a loving home. Cash would thrive in a home with another friendly dog to learn from, but most of all, he’s looking for a family who will appreciate his gentle, observant nature and help him continue to grow into the amazing dog he’s meant to be. If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, the first thing to do is submit an application for approval. All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Story
MBR holds monthly adoption events on the 2nd Saturday of every month at Tractor Supply in Columbia Station, 24100 Royalton Road from 11 am - 2 pm. Questions can be emailed to rescue@mbrohio.com Zero is a 6-month-old male pitbull mix weighing about 35 pounds, and he is as gentle as they come. He does great with other dogs and kids and has not yet met cats. Zero is crate trained and doing well with potty training, especially when given frequent opportunities to go outside. Although Zero is still learning how to signal when he needs to go outside, with patience, reassurance, and regular potty breaks, he truly tries his best to keep the house clean and continues to improve every day. This boy is extremely affectionate but takes a minute or two to build trust. Once he feels safe, he becomes an absolute love bug who wants nothing more than to cuddle close—he’ll happily be your personal weighted blanket! He loves all toys and is highly food-motivated, which makes him eager and willing during training sessions. Zero does have a fear of bathrooms, likely from something in his past, but he is making progress and slowly learning how to be brave. He’s still learning his name and basic commands, but with treats involved, Zero is a quick and enthusiastic learner. Sweet, sensitive, and full of love, Zero is looking for a patient, kind home where he can continue building confidence and shower his people with affection. Story
MBR holds monthly adoption events on the 2nd Saturday of every month at Tractor Supply in Columbia Station, 24100 Royalton Road from 11 am - 2 pm. Questions can be emailed to rescue@mbrohio.com Zeke is the undisputed star of the show. Loudest? Yep. First one out of the kennel? Always. First to the toys, first to climb up your leg for attention, and first in line for the camera — usually by climbing over his siblings to get there. This guy is pure chaos on four feet, and he wouldn’t have it any other way. Zeke will leave you laughing for days with his nonstop antics, dramatic personality, and total lack of personal boundaries. He knows he’s cute — and boy does he use that to his full advantage. Zeke is a certified loudmouth, a natural performer, and absolutely loves attention. If there’s a camera nearby, he’s already posing. If there’s a human nearby, he’s already climbing them. Born around 12/19/25, Zeke is an adorable black Bulldog mix with the cutest little white “skunk stripe” on his muzzle and face — his signature look. While Zeke all he needs is a family ready for laughs, noise, cuddles, and a whole lot of personality.
