This affectionate boy is eager to please and already knows commands like “come inside” and “leave it.” While he’s still working on being comfortable in his crate, he’s made great progress and will happily settle in when his people are home. Ash does experience some separation anxiety, but it’s improving every day with patience and love. Ash thrives in a home where someone is present most of the time or can bring him along to work. He’s wonderful with other dogs and would truly shine in a home with a canine companion to keep him company and play. He’s also great with children, making him a fantastic addition to a family. With his sweet and cuddly personality, Ash is the perfect partner for someone ready to provide the love and attention he craves. This sweet dog is about 10 years old. He was recently left behind when my coworkers had to move to another state quickly. I’m trying to find a home for him because he’s been living in their yard since they’ve left. He has food and water but no indoor place to stay. He did seem to be a little lost mentally. When he was a puppy he was victim to the hayfork fires and inhaled a lot of the smoke from the burning marijuana farms. His owners told me that they believed that’s the reason he is a little slow mentally. He is very sweet though. I just really want to find a home for him so he doesn’t have to sleep outside anymore
