Story
Has the world got you feeling a little empty and drained? Asher is here to clear all that up for you! This handsome hug machine with the distinct eyebrows and award-winning smile makes you feel like the center of the universe. And who doesn’t need that? Whether it’s your boss, your spouse or your mom making you feel like you just can’t do enough, all you have to do for Asher is walk in the room. His patented paw-wrap around your arm is next-level on the Worldwide Scale of Cuteness, making every single trouble melt away.If that’s not your thing, there are plenty of other dogs at the shelter who don’t do that but no, seriously, he’s also highly treat-motivated, which is going to make him fun to train. He’s been reported to do well with other dogs in a playgroup setting but please remember slow introductions are best for all dogs involved, especially when bringing a new dog into a resident dog’s territory.Come meet Asher today and fall in love on first sight!

Story
Meet Scooby - The Happy, Hug-Giving Explorer! Scooby had an amazing Doggie Day Out, and this sweet, affectionate boy made it clear he’s so ready to find his forever family. He’s the kind of dog who greets the world with joy, gives the best hugs, and wins over every person he meets.Scooby started his adventure with a pup cup and a long stroll through Land Park. He was polite, curious, and well-mannered on leash, responding beautifully to basic cues like “sit” and “no.” It’s clear he once had a loving home and still carries that gentle, eager-to-please energy.Of course… he also has his goofy moments! When he spotted squirrels, birds, or a passing dog, he’d get a quick burst of excitement and give the leash a little tug. Outside of those “zoomie moments,” though, Scooby was calm, easy to guide, and perfectly happy to explore at his own pace, sniffing everything along the way. He’d make a fantastic Jog-a-Dog companion, he watched joggers go by with so much interest, like he was ready to lace up his own running shoes.Back at his handler’s home, Scooby zoomed around the backyard in pure happiness before settling in and soaking up affection. He even joined a shift at a salon, where he happily accepted pets from everyone who wanted to say hello. The real surprise of the day? At a busy beer garden, Scooby calmly observed two cats in a stroller without a single attempt to chase or react, just polite curiosity and a wagging tail.Scooby is a loving, energetic, wonderfully mannered dog who brings sunshine wherever he goes. If you’re looking for an affectionate adventure buddy who gives great hugs, loves exploring, and adores being around people, Scooby may just be your perfect match.
