🌸 Meet Petunia 🌸 Petunia is a beautiful 1.5-year-old sweetheart weighing 49 lbs, and her journey has already been one of incredible growth. She came to us as part of a group of six dogs rescued from a hoarder/breeder situation. At first, the world felt big and a little scary — but Petunia wasted no time showing us just how resilient and loving she truly is. We believe Petunia is a mix between a Brittany and a Standard Poodle (our best guess!). She has a soft, beautiful coat and does lightly shed. As a reminder, most poodle mixes (“doodles”) are not truly hypoallergenic — so families with allergies should keep that in mind. In her foster home, she has absolutely blossomed. Just one month ago, Petunia had never walked on a leash — and now she struts beautifully on daily walks like she’s been doing it her whole life! She has also learned to be crate trained and housetrained. While housetraining is still a tiny bit of a work in progress, she’s nearly perfect and continues to improve every day. Petunia loves other dogs and truly thrives with canine companionship. She will need a dog friend in her forever home to help her continue building confidence and to share in playtime and snuggles. While we initially required a fenced yard for her, Petunia has proven just how adaptable she is — she’s currently fostered in an apartment with two other doodles and is doing fantastic with regular leash walks. A fenced yard would be a wonderful bonus, but it’s not a must for this adaptable girl. Petunia is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative — ready to start her next chapter with a family who will continue to guide her with love and patience. Her adoption fee is $350. 🌸 Meet Missy 🌸 Missy is a beautiful 1.5-year-old girl weighing 49 lbs, and she is the one most similar to her sister Petunia in both looks and personality. She came to us as part of a group of six rescued from a hoarder/breeder situation, and she has continued to show just how adaptable and sweet she truly is. We believe Missy is likely a mix of Brittany and Standard Poodle (our best guess!). She has a lovely, soft coat and an athletic, graceful build to match. Even though Missy is not in a foster home yet and is currently staying in kennels with access to a yard space, she has done wonderfully. She keeps her space clean with no accidents and has done great walking on a leash. She is smart, eager, and ready to continue learning in a home environment. Missy loves other dogs and would thrive with a canine companion in her forever home. She has a gentle, affectionate nature and will make a loyal, devoted addition to a family willing to continue guiding her as she transitions from kennel life to home life. Meet Ted & Bill! This tiny duo came in together and are inseparable. They are bonded brothers and need to stay together. They are just over a year old (13 months) and each only about 10lbs. Ted is the spark, the explorer, the one who wakes up already ready to do something. He’s full of curiosity and enthusiasm, always eager to move, play, investigate, and learn what’s happening five feet ahead. Ted is very sweet and affectionate in his own way, though he prefers playtime over snuggle time. Bill is the tender-hearted gentleman of the duo. He’s the kind of pup who believes couches were invented for cuddling and that bones exist to be thoughtfully gnawed into submission. Sweet, affectionate, and people-oriented, Bill enjoys being close to his humans and is happiest when he can curl up nearby after a good play session. They can be vocal at times, so a home with no shared walls is important. These boys are curious, require supervision, and consistent training while they learn how to be polite members of society. In return, they offer laughter, affection, and the kind of happiness that only puppies can provide. They’re exactly what puppies should be: joyful, chaotic, loving little beings ready to grow into amazing dogs with the right guidance. 🐶💙💚 They are microchipped, neutered, heartworm negative and vaccinated.
