GINO Gino’s Ideal Home: - Gino has a history of seizures. He takes twice-daily medication that controls them well. His family must be committed to continuing his medication. - He absolutely needs a lap where he is welcome to snuggle up. Companionship and affection are his love languages. - He will tolerate his crate but does much better when just left in a separate room. Bonus: he's too short to counter-surf! - Gino uses his teeth to communicate his needs so he’s not a good fit for young children. He “talks” to you with low growls and nibbles to get your attention when he needs a potty break. He also mouths during play. He's not mean or aggressive, just playful and insistent. Personality: - He LOVES his people. They are his world. He is friendly to other people and dogs. But HIS people are the center of his world. He does choose one person as HIS and will follow that person all over the house. - He is a playful, happy dog. He loves to go on car-rides and walks. When you get his leash out, he gets very excited and bites the leash. - He has a calm demeanor and enjoys relaxing on the couch with his humans. - He is quiet and rarely barks unless another dog barks at him during play, then he joins in the conversation. He prefers to play alone but is learning to play with other dogs his size. He does appreciate snuggling up with a pup-pal for an afternoon nap. Is Gino Right for You? Gino’s adoption fee is $650. He is HW-negative, current on all vaccinations and HW/flea preventatives, neutered, and microchipped. All adoption fees go toward expenses like medical costs and food for Doodle Dandy dogs and help make it possible for us to continue giving amazing pups like Gino a second chance. Cocoa is a 10 year old, 13 lb Poodle mix. She and her dog companion, LouLou, were leading a happy, content life until their loving owner sadly passed away. Humane Tomorrow promised we woud find people willing to adopt this bonded pair and keep them together. Cocoa is a calm quiet girl that absolutely loves her people. When her tail wags, her whole body shakes! She's a happy little dog that is looking for a quiet home where she can live with her sister, Lou. Cocoa is never in a hurry. She take her time wandering, sniffing, and deciding what to do next. Cocoa and LouLou will need regular grooming to help them look and feel their best. What's better than a sweet little lap dog to spend your days with? Two sweet little lap dogs! Please submit your application, and an adoption counselor will contact you.
