Story
This sweet girl will be 3 years old on September 24th. She may be a little shy when she first meets you, but once she feels comfortable, her sweet personality shines through. With a little patience and love, she’ll make a wonderful companion. Cocoa Bean will be 3 this month.  She weighs around 16 pounds.  She loves her human but is very shy around new people.  She is insecure and timid but very sweet.  She is house trained but you have to carry her outside as she is hesitant to follow you outside. Please apply at tzuzoorescue.com if you are interested in adopting from Tzu Zoo Rescue. More information available by contacting tzrinquiries@tzuzoorescue.com. [NOTE: We are a rescue NOT a shelter, meaning WE DO NOT HAVE A FACILITY THAT OPENS TO THE PUBLIC. Typically, an application and home visit (both of which are required for adoption) MUST be completed, BEFORE a potential adopter will be introduced to one of our pets, in order to first determine that our basic adoption requirements are met, prior to introductions being made. We also utilize personal reference and vet checks (to ensure that any pets already in the potential adoptive home are current on vaccines, heart worm prevention and sterilized) in our adoption process, all of which is intended to ensure that the best match, between pet and people, is made. The adoption fee is based on on the dog's age.

Story
Sweet little Organza is a 10-pound, 7-year-old Shihpoo who is ready to trade her past for a forever family of her very own. After spending her earlier years as a puppy mill mama, Organza is discovering just how wonderful life can be—and she has a cheerful spirit that shines through! Organza is a happy, gentle girl who enjoys the company of other dogs. She would do especially well in a home with another calm, adult dog who can be a reassuring companion. She also does a wonderful job entertaining herself with toys and loves investigating all the interesting sights and smells in the backyard. She has good potty habits when she is taken outside regularly and sleeps peacefully through the night in her own cozy bed. She’s learning that having a safe, comfortable home is a pretty wonderful thing! With her sweet demeanor, independent little personality, and happy outlook on life, Organza is sure to bring plenty of joy to her forever family. She has so much love and happiness ahead of her, and we can’t wait to see her finally get the loving home she deserves. Organza is ready for her happily-ever-after. Could you be the family she’s been waiting for? Please apply at tzuzoorescue.com if you are interested in adopting from Tzu Zoo Rescue. Meet Webster! Webster is a sweet 13-year-old boy weighing 12 pounds who is hoping to find a loving home to spend his golden years in. Story
Perry’s foster family reports that he has been the easiest houseguest! He is now ready to begin searching for his forever home. Perry is a calm and easygoing dog. He spends most of his day lounging around, but he will also engage in play time. He loves playing with toys and will sometimes try to play with another small dog. He is an independent boy, but when he wants attention, he’s not shy to show it. He will gently put his front two legs up and soak in all the pets he can. He also has the best house manners, as he is quiet, potty trained, and kennel trained. Perry could go to a home as an only dog or with another small calm dog(s) who matches his energy level. He is not a good fit for children under high school age. His current foster home doesn’t have cats, but the area we rescued him from has plenty, so he may be fine with cats. Perry is a 2 year old Shih Tzu/Poodle/Miniature Schnauzer mix weighing 14.8 lbs. If you are interested in adopting him, please submit an application at rescuerowinc.org! *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 48 hours. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a homecheck *Our adoption fees are as follows (paid by cash or a check made out to Rescue Row): Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee  Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee  Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs. ##2807318##

Story
Bucky will make an amazing sidekick for his future family! He just wants to be wherever his people are and be part of whatever is going on. Bucky does great with dogs of all sizes and really loves having a canine companion. Because of his playful energy, he would do best in a home with another younger, playful dog who can keep up with him and enjoys having a buddy to wrestle and play with. This boy is always ready for an adventure! He loves his daily walks, trips to the dog park, playing fetch with his favorite ball, and he’s always up for a car ride. With his breed mix and high energy, Bucky needs plenty of opportunities to exercise, explore, and burn off that puppy energy. And after a fun day? You’ll find Bucky happily crashed out for a nap!  Bucky is crate trained, potty trained, great in the car, sleeps in his crate at night and comfortable in his crate during the day while his foster family runs errands. His ideal family will have someone home most of the day, as he can struggle with separation. He’s looking for an active family who enjoys walks, adventures, playtime, and including their dog in the fun! No apartments and children must be 12 years and older.  Bucky is a 1 year old German Shepherd/Standard Poodle mix weighing 62 lbs. If you think Bucky could be the perfect addition to your family, *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 48 hours.
