Story
Maggie is a very calm, sweet dog. I took her from a previous owner that had her for 11 yrs. She was given up as far as I know bec she was getting in her way if doing things. Maggie as I found out has abandonment issues. She has anxiety and always needs a companion. She’s scared of thunder and loud noise. She’ll be content just laying right beside or on your lap. I have a hard time leaving her for work. She panicks when nobody’s around esp the person that she’s used to. No other behavior problems, just really needs someone with her to make her feel secure. She’s a really good dog but I really hate doing this to her everytime I work. Her previous owner who had her for 11 yrs is retired, so they must’ve been together all the time. I hope to find someone who could really be a good fit for Maggie . She’s good with car and even plane ride.

Maggie was an adopt by my sister to prevent euthanasia from an owner who didn’t want her despite having no known health issues. She’s eleven years old, but NEEDS VERY EXPERIENCED OWNER! Her anxiety is extremely severe and she is an escape master from gated places and can jump high despite her age. Needs a lot of attention but is very cuddly and loyal.

Church’s favorite place to be is curled up on the lap of his favorite person. He loves snuggling, soaking up quiet companionship, and being close to those he knows and trusts. His bond with his people is special, and he thrives in a calm, predictable environment where he can feel understood and supported.Because of his sensitive and reserved nature, we recommend that any children in his new home are age 10 or older so they can respect his space and boundaries. An experienced dog guardian is also recommended, as Church benefits from thoughtful handling and an understanding of shy or fearful behaviors. Church may prefer to be the only animal in the home so he can enjoy undivided attention, but with slow and respectful introductions, he may also do well with another calm, well-mannered dog who is also respectful of his space. If you’re looking for a devoted companion who will form a deep bond and bring quiet joy to your home, Church may be the perfect match for you!
