Story

Shorty is a very active dog who loves to be outside, with his nose to the ground and grunting like a little piglet while he sniffs everything. He thinks he can catch squirrels but doesn't understand how they just disappear! He enjoys spending time with my grandchildren and would fit well in a home with children. He is initially fearful of men, but once they get down to his level and he sniffs them, he is all wiggles. He is skittish around other dogs. He is fully house-trained and if he needs to go between walks, he will come and scratch your leg. He doesn't mind being brushed and has a beautiful curved tail. Overall, he is a sweet dog that requires someone/family that is active and ready to play or walk. At the end of the day, he is content to have a few belly rubs and be near his person(s).
