This 10-year-old, 10-pound Shipoo may have limited vision and hearing, but he makes up for it with endless love and sweetness. He’s a gentle soul who just wants to be near his person and feel safe. Because he can’t see or hear well, walks on a leash aren’t really his thing — he prefers to just stand close or explore at his own pace. He would do best with someone who is home most of the time. Leo becomes anxious if he can’t find you and may bark until you return, so he wouldn’t do well in an apartment or with long periods alone. He recently had a dental cleaning and full bloodwork, which looked great, and he’s all ready for his forever home. If you’re looking for a devoted little companion to share your days with, Leo will repay you with unconditional love and loyalty. All he needs is a safe space, a kind heart, and someone to remind him he’s finally home Adoption is $150 which includes his dental, neuter, age-appropriate vaccines, microchip and current monthly prevention. Izzie is a 13 year old-ish Shih Tzu who would love nothing more than to find someone to sit on the couch with all day. She is sweet but can come off a little standoffish until she feels comfortable. She still will play occasionally but mostly just loves the life of lazy senior dog. She doesn’t bark hardly at all but is prone to separation anxiety. She also loves soft treats. She has lived with Shelby (one of the other dogs available) for 12 years so would be great if these senior ladies could stay together.
