Meet Olivia, she is a 3 to 4 year-old Yorkie, probably a mix. She loves to be held and to play. When she came into our group she was severely matted, but look at her now. This little 6 pound baby is tons of fun. She is doing well with the potty training. Once you get her on the schedule, she’s pretty much clockwork, unless it is pouring out then she prefers a piddle pad. Olivia can plug into most situations although small children might be too much for her. She is easily stepped on and loves to chew on your hands, we are working on that. She loves playing with other dogs and she tries to play with cats, but is sometimes too much for them, unless you have a very playful cat. This girl is definitely a lap dog. She is also working on walking on a leash, she prefers a stroller or your arms.

MEDICAL: up to date on Rabies, DHLPP, Bordatella and Lymes; on heartworm and flea/tick prevention PERSONALITY: Milton may be small, but he has a big heart despite having had a rough start to life! Milton is a 1-2 year old old Shih Tzu who was found as a stray in Cleveland. He is neutered, up to date on his shots, and on heartworm and flea/tick prevention! This little guy was horribly neglected when he was found and was very, very scared! He will need someone to be patient with him as he adjusts to new people and new surroundings. Once he gets to know you though he has lots of love to give and wants to be everywhere you are! Milton would probably benefit from having another dog in the house as he loves other dogs and follows what they do. He is house trained and crate trained and ready to find a loving forever family! Today, he is fully vetted, safe, and searching for a permanent lap to call home. 📌 Quick FactsBreed/Size: Scooter is a black and white shitzu. 14 lbs of pure sweetness. Age: Original paperwork states 6 years old, but our vet estimates 8–10 years old. 💖 Health & Medical Needs: Scooter has a Grade IV heart murmur and mitral valve enlargement. He is not in congestive heart failure. Daily Care: He requires two lifelong daily medications: Enalapril and Vetmedin. Good News: He does not require Lasix (diuretics) right now. Future Care: We recommend veterinary checkups every 6 months to monitor his heart. 🏡 Behavior & House Training - Scooter is a gentle soul adjusting to life inside a home. Potty Habits: He appears to be pee-pad trained and is working on potty training. Personality: He is quiet, small, and eager for a peaceful retirement environment.
