Poppy is 7 months old. We have been fostering her for a few weeks now. We took her in to foster from a family friend who wasn’t equipped to care for her. She adopted her from the Dallas animal shelter so she is up to date with everything and spayed. She super sweet and playful. Loves to play with small dogs and meet new people. She’s currently being crate trained and potty trained and doing well with it. She does know a few commands and still learning!

Meet Pirate!Ahoy, matey! Here`s Pirate, a sweet 8 year old Shih Tzu mix with a heart as big as the seven seas! Though she may have lost her right eye to an unfortunate scallywag of an infection, this brave lass still sails through life with plenty of spunk and joy. Pirate may be blind, but she’s got the best ears on deck—she gets really excited when she hears her crew (you!) come home, and while she`s usually a quiet shipmate, she can`t help but bark when she hears a man`s voice—though it’s over as quick as a passing storm.Pirate loves the company of her fellow shipmates—her dog and cat friends—even if they’re not quite as keen on her. She may not be playing fetch with them, but she’s more than content to just be near them. My dad bought him for the family in 2016 he was a trained inside dog who got to roam free. After a few years in 2018 my mom got pregnant and Samson would show dislike towards my mom and little brother never any aggression but he wouldn’t play with them or he would go out his way to pee on there things only. He is a very smart dog and has lots of emotions. After a while he became an outside dog because of his behavior it’s now 2024 and i decided to take him with me because i think of him as a brother and felt bad he was always outside. I recently moved into a new apartment with my grandma and it had carpet I moved to fast and didn’t know how hard it would be to handle a dog and bills especially a dog like Samson he is a lap dog he likes to sit around all day lay next to people he is very friendly he just needs someone who has time for him and can keep him on a schedule I’m not that person I have 3 jobs and take online classes so I’m hoping to find him a nice slow home.
