He’s an 8‑year‑old Shih Tzu who weighs about 9lbs—a gentle, sensitive little guy looking for a calm and loving place to call home.Kenzo was surrendered to us due to new babies in the home, which caused him anxiety. Since arriving, he has done wonderfully with older humans and gets along well with other dogs who respect his space. He’s a sweet, mellow boy who thrives in quieter environments.Our veterinary team noted that Kenzo has a heart murmur, but he does not require medication for it at this time. Otherwise, he has been fully cleared as healthy and is ready for his forever family 🏡💛. Because of his sensitive nature, Kenzo would do best in a calmer home with no young children.Please note: Since we don’t observe our animals in home settings, we cannot guarantee potty training. Meet Kade!Kade is an adorable 6 year old little pig pen of a guy. He likes being scruffy and left to his own grooming habits. He enjoys morning out by the pool alone and with other pups. His favorite time is feeding time when he bounces around exclaiming he is starving. He’s not a fan of thunder and will ask to be comforted then which in all honesty is one of the few times he allows human contact.
