Chenille was found as a stray trying to find shelter. She also had an ear infection so severe, the pain caused her to stop eating. This is something that would have to be monitored and may or may not return. CHENILLE is an adult cat, though we can't be sure of her exact age. she seems to be comfortable around other cats too. Sierra was taken from a house that became dangerously overcrowded when the resident took in more cats than they were able to manage. Most were not sterilized, some dangerously inbred. Sierra was one of those kittens. She was born with malformed limbs, causing shorter legs that create a "bowed" stance. She is underweight at this time, weighing barely 4 pounds at about 10 months old. We were glad to be able to step in to help the resident and be there for the kittens. Sierra is still fighting respiratory irritation and is on medication to make her more comfortable. Despite her physical trials, Sierra could not be a sweeter cat. Her most frequent activities involve purring and cuddling. She and her family will be ready for responsible homes very soon! I had Leo since he was 7 weeks old. He was so brave and he was always so full of energy. He is cat that I never had to say don't jump on my table or counters because he never was interested in it. He mostly cared about playing and playing fletch with his toys. He loves to sleep next to you and he can talk! he can say "Hello" and "Is anybody there?" he loves cats especially female cats. Leo can warm up to any home when cats are around. He doesn't take long to warm up if you have some lickable treats that's his favorite! His favorite food is hard food and warm broth. He loves cat towers. If you are a one person looking for 1 cat companion he is a perfect fit, Leo will get attached fast and follow you everywhere and want you all to himself. He is not good around children or big dogs only small dogs. Please take your time and have patience when you first meet, He will be afraid at first (unless a cat is around) and he will know to smell around to get used to the scent of his new home.
