Story
Rocky was rescued by my wife 3 years ago. He was supposed to be rehomed but it never hapopened. He is front declawed and neutered. His personality is very mellow. He gets along perfectly with our all female crew: Maltese, Shitzu, and a Tabby cat. He seems to like other animals better than humans! He likes to be touched and petted on his terms. He wants to be an outside cat but we don't let him. We are both becoming very busy in our lives and are feeling bad about not being able to give enough attention to all of our animals. Our Maltese is ailing and taking a lot of our time. We would like an owner that appreciates his beauty and his personality and takes good care of him.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Opal, he is a 4-year-old pure white Siamese with beautiful bright blue eyes (potentially a Foreign White Siamese), that has a birthday coming up on August 7th!!! Opal is a stunning boy with creamy white fur and pink ears. He is a serious boy, incredibly loyal, loving, sweet and loves kisses and pets from his humans. He loves following his foster parent around the house and always wants to be lounging nearby. Did I mention he loves attention? He’s not much of a lap cat, but he does like to snuggle nearby (or sometimes on top of), his foster parent during the night. He will capture your heart with his loud purrs anytime he’s petted or groomed, and he makes adorable chirpy sounding meows when he wants attention. Opal is in good health and has great litter box habits. Opal is an owner surrender due to no longer being able to provide for him. It’s breaking his human’s heart, but she wants to do what is best for Opal so he will be happy and thrive in his forever home. Opal needs to be the king of his castle. He has 2 sisters in the home, and is very aggressive with them, so he must be the only pet. If you have room in your home and heart for this handsome boy, and you want to celebrate his 5th birthday with him, please complete an application today. All MISR cats are neutered or spayed, current on rabies and distemper, have tested negative for FIV/FELV and all known health issues have been addressed. The adoption fee for Opal is $200. He is located in a foster home in Ann Arbor Michigan.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Ling and Yin, the dynamic feline duo born September 19, 2022. Ling is the larger of the two and has a wonderful loud purr! These two brothers will bring a whirlwind of energy and charm into your home. Ling has established the alpha role and Yin is more subdued. When they entered their foster home, there was some hissing with other foster cats, which is to be expected. Ove the past few weeks, the hissing has diminished greatly. There has been no aggressive behavior with Ling and Yin and the other foster kitties. Ling and Yin know their names (how cute is that)! Right now, Yin is eating his meals in a separate room because the other fosters and Ling like to eat his food in addition to theirs. They both LOVE Fancy Feast in gravy, yum! Ling, likes to show his affection by perching and riding on his foster dads back. He loves sitting on foster dads back while he scoops the litter box, he’s making sure it’s acceptable Both boys are very people oriented. They both LOVE playing with scrunchies so get those 1990’s scrunchies out of storage Ling and Yin are kindred spirits whose unique quirks and loving nature will make them a wonderful addition to the right family. Due to financial issues and work, their owner surrendered both kitties to us. If you have room in your home and heart for these handsome boys, please complete an application today. All MISR cats are neutered or spayed, current on rabies and distemper, have tested negative for FIV/FELV and all known health issues have been addressed. The adoption fee for Ling and Yin is $400. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Allie is an amazing part tabby part Siamese. She is a petite girl with the typical trait of being cross-eyed which makes her adorable. She loves to play with a string but she needs help as she can't focus to grab it so her foster makes sure the string is near her front paws. Allie came to the rescue with 2 kittens. She did not want to be outside as she was starving, but she was feral and wanted no part of her foster. Her foster mommy bought her a cozy cube and she even smiled she was so happy being in it.  Allie adapted really well, after about a week her foster mommy tried to pick her up and Allie just melted into her neck!!! She loves to nuzzle and seeks out affection.  After her companion kittens, who she was very attached to, were adopted, Allie was distraught. Her foster took in another cat named Beckett and put it with her. Beckett taught her to be a cat. Allie didn't know how to meow or play. They became fast friends but can go separate. Allie needs another cat in the household.  If you call Allie from another room, she comes running full speed to be with you.  All of our cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, microchipped, tested for FIV/FELV , and up to date on vaccinations including rabies, distemper, and dewormer. You can meet some of our adorable cats and kittens during store hours at PetSmart, 385 Haggerty Rd. in Commerce Township. If you are interested in adopting one or more of our lovable cats, please complete an Adoption Application form which can be found on our website at   www.locrami.com under Forms/Applications.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 26, 2024, 5:29 pm
