Story
Aura needs a little time to warm up and figure out her environment. When she does, you get a loving friend! A chatty Kathy. She loves to talk to you and give warm tail hugs around your leg! She will even kiss your nose with her gentle tongue. She’s playful! She loves mice and random strings. With all the fun, comes her boundaries. She does love pets, but they have to be on the top of her head or under her chin or she will be looking at your hand expressively. She loves her sleep and HATES being interrupted! She will give you a side eye and express with a meow that she wants to be left alone. She only likes dry food, but will not leave you alone if you have deli turkey! Overall she is a wonderful cat, and a great friend. When you come home, she’ll be waiting to greet you at the door (she does say hello when you open the door). And most of all, she LOVES her treats!

Story
This is Ash, we found him as a stray wondering the streets. He is around 6 years old and has all medical records up to date. He does have FIV which only seems to bother his left eye, he takes medication for it, but he is a hard cat to get drops in and even pills. We just cant keep the upkeep cost for his eye and struggle with giving the medicine along with taking care of another kitten. He is a very playful kitty, he plays just like a kitten even being a little old. He’s not too much of a snuggle bug but does enjoy pets and gives headbutts. He is also very talkative and will tell you how he feels and has tons of goofy moments. Just looking for a nice home that has the ability to take care of him.

Story
Meet Mara 💙 — a beautiful Siamese kitten with a gentle heart and a soft soul. Mara was rescued from a difficult situation along with her siblings, and while she can be a little shy at first, her sweet personality quickly shines through once she feels safe. With a bit of patience, Mara blossoms into a very affectionate, loving kitten who enjoys quiet companionship, gentle pets, and cozy cuddle time. She’s healthy, playful in her own calm way, and will thrive in a home that understands her need to settle in at her own pace. If you’re looking for a tender, devoted companion, Mara is ready to give her heart to the right family. -Social -Playful -Sweet -Adorable -Litter box trained -Good with cats with an introduction She is the complete package! She must be adopted with her sister, Elia. Given her personality, we believe she would do well with other cats, children, and cat-friendly dogs if allowed time for an introduction. Her adoption fee includes her spay surgery, microchip, age appropriate vaccinations, and group testing for FIV and FeLV. If you are interested in adopting, please go to our adoption page for more information on our adoption process and to complete our adoption application. https://www.julietshouse.org/online-adoption-applications Please note: Our policy is to adopt young kittens with a littermate, in a bonded pair, or to homes with a similar aged kitten. This policy ensures that the kittens we rescue, nurture, and love are adopted into homes that offer the best possible environment for their social development. *All in our program are assumed to be mixed breed as none have had genetic testing. They are designated based on characteristics observed and noted.
