Story
Sapphire Eyes is a kitten who was found on the streets with 3 newborn kittens of her own. She was in need of medical attention so her babies stayed with a foster while Sapphire Eyes went to the hospital to get well. The second Sapphire Eyes was discharged she went right back to her babies and raised them till they were big and strong and weaned. Now Sapphire Eyes is ready to resume her own kittenhood. She loves playing with toys and occasionally has those funny kitten zoomies. She makes muffins, purrs and loves sitting on the window sill. She loves human attention and would do best in a home where she can get all the attention and love wants while she enjoys her own kittenhood. Can Sapphire Eyesplease come home with you? 10 months old.  Please note her adoption fee is $500   Note:  if you do not have any other pets, we require that you adopt TWO kittens.  This is for the benefit of the kitten for behavioral development.  Companionship is critical. They will also entertain each other and you!   We offer a low cost spay and neuter package.   This cat has tested FeLV/FIV. negative, is current on vaccinations, parasite-free and litter-box trained.  To hasten the adoption process, please complete our adoption form online at bit.ly/40Z2HIn    We are currently showing Cats at the Black cat Café in Devon   www.theblackcatcafedevon.Org  FOR MORE DETAILED INFORMATION:  Email us at 4palsvolunteers@gmail.com- this will get you the quickest response to your questions! Story
This new friend has just arrived! They have come to us either as a transfer from another shelter, being found as a stray, or have been surrendered to us by their owner. When our friends are new to us, we are typically unsure of their full background, litter box habits, comfort with handling, or experience with other pets or children. Our staff will spend some time reviewing any information provided by previous owners and spend some time with our new friend so that we can better update their biography. If you are interested in adopting this cat, please submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this specific cat but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! We may require all household members, including children, to come along for the meeting to make sure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, and a small bag of food to get you started.

Story
Sparrow was living outside of someone's townhouse with her 4 four week old kittens and a 6-month-old kitten from her previous litter. Apparently the person that rented the townhouse previously just left her behind when they moved away. The new tenant was being told that she could not have the cats out there and she didn't know what to do, so she contacted us. We went and got all but three of the kittens (because someone else had went and grabbed them before we got there) and brought them inside. Mom then the older kitten Charlie, have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated for FVRCP and rabies, flea and worm treated and are negative for feline leukemia and AIDS. Sparrow has been a great mom and is nice but is still a little unsure of people after being abandoned like she was the poor thing. She will need a little TLC to feel comfortable and yet another new place.
