SCOTTY is a senior kitty who came to us after his senior owner passed away. He is very resilient for an older cat and we are surprised at how well he made the transition to our busy cat room. Scotty does not love other cats but is coexisting rather well. He is tolerant of non-annoying dogs. Loves people! Love his attention! He has a Siamese voice and is not afraid to use it when he begs for treats. He loves Temptations! Although Scotty appears unhealthy, with some fatty blimps and saggy belly, his blood work looks good for a cat his age. His coat is beautiful going from jet black to dark mahogany. Our staff will spend some time reviewing any information provided by previous owners and spend some time with our new friend so that we can better update their biography. If you are interested in adopting this cat, please submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this specific cat but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! We may require all household members, including children, to come along for the meeting to make sure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions!
