Story
Jack was found on the streets of New York City by a friend who’s a police officer. I took him in, and he’s been a great, easygoing cat ever since. Unfortunately, I moved into an apartment that doesn’t allow pets, so my sister took him in for me. Recently, her job situation changed and she’s rarely home, so Jack isn’t getting the time and attention he deserves. He’s a really good cat—calm, friendly, and used to being around people. I’m hoping to find him a home where he can get more attention and consistency. If you or someone you know might be interested in giving Jack a good home, feel free to reach out.

Story
Meet Brad — Hermie’s partner in crime, but with a slightly more refined approach to chaos. This 12-week-old ragdoll/Siamese mix started out as a sickly little outdoor kitten, but after some TLC, he’s now healthy, happy, and ready to stir up just the right amount of mischief. Brad enjoys zoomies, toy ambushes, and judging you quietly from a safe location. He’s playful and curious with a whole lot of free entertainment! Expect: • Sneaky ninja pounces on unsuspecting toys • Occasional zoomies with a touch of grace • Soft chirps with a possibility for full-blown speeches Brad is the perfect mix of fun and chill—still a kitten, still a little chaotic, but with a more laid-back vibe. If you’re looking for a playful sidekick without the full acrobatics routine, Brad might just be your guy.

Story
Meet Hermie — part ragdoll, part Siamese, and 100% tiny menace (the lovable kind). At just 12 weeks old, this former “sickly street potato” has made a full glow-up and is now a certified chaos gremlin. Hermie and his siblings were found outside and came to us needing a little extra TLC—but don’t let his humble beginnings fool you. This boy has opinions. He will chirp at you, zoom past you, and then dramatically collapse in your lap like he pays rent. Expect: • Olympic-level zoomies at 2 am • Sudden shoulder appearances (he will climb you) • Loud discussions about meal times (you’re always late, apparently) • Aggressive cuddling followed by immediate mischief Hermie is playful, curious, and just the right amount of ridiculous. He’s looking for a home that appreciates a little personality… okay, a LOT of personality. If your life is missing chaos, comedy, and a tiny shadow with big main-character energy—Hermie is your guy.

Story
Meet Triz — the final piece of this adorable chaos crew, adding her own charm to the mix. This 12-week-old ragdoll/Siamese beauty came to us as a sickly outdoor kitten, but thanks to some TLC, she’s now healthy, happy, and ready to take on the world (and your home). Triz is playful, curious, and always ready to be part of whatever’s going on. She loves a good toy chase, keeps a close eye on everything, and happily joins in when the fun starts. Expect: • Confident little struts like she owns the place • Toy chases with playful enthusiasm • Occasional “supervisor mode” from a cozy perch • Sweet, affectionate moments when she settles in Triz is the perfect mix of playful and loving—still a kitten, still a little chaotic, but with a gentle, easygoing nature. If you’re looking for a fun companion with a warm, affectionate side, Triz might just be your girl.

Story
Meet Orbit — another member of this tiny trouble-making crew, bringing his own perfectly balanced spin to kitten chaos. This 12-week-old ragdoll/Siamese mix came to us as a sickly outdoor kitten, but with some TLC, he’s now thriving and ready to orbit his way into your home (and heart). Orbit is playful, curious, and always in motion… until he suddenly isn’t. One minute, he’s chasing toys like it’s his full-time job, the next, he’s recharging in a cozy spot, watching the world go by like a tiny supervisor. Expect: • Playtime that goes from zero to full blast in seconds • Strategic toy ambushes followed by dramatic flop breaks • Curious “inspection rounds” of everything you’re doing • A mix of playful energy and sweet, snuggly downtime Orbit is the perfect blend of fun and affection—still a kitten, still a little chaotic, but with a lovable, easygoing rhythm. If you’re looking for a companion who brings both energy and chill in equal measure, Orbit is ready to land in your life.

Story
Warrior was brought to a New York shelter by the police department along with 4 or 5 other cats after his owner passed away. We unfortunately don't even know Warrior's original name - all of the cats were named after basketball teams by the shelter staff. Journeys stepped in to help Warrior find a new home since the New York shelter was not an environment that would help him come out of his shell. We don't know what kind of home Warrior lived in before he was taken to the shelter, but we would venture to guess he was living with an older individual who did not spend much time with the cats. Poor Warrior continues to be terrified of people. He is hoping to find a foster home (possibly a foster to adopt home) that will be able to spend a lot of time helping him learn to trust people. He does seem to be great with other cats and having some friendly cats in a home could be a very good environment for him. Despite being extremely scared, he has always used his litterbox faithfully. Please contact Journeys at journeyscatrescue@gmail.com if you would be interested in fostering him.
