Story
Thinking Out Loud... could Ed Sheeran be the purr-fect addition to your family? This handsome flame point Siamese gentleman is ready to trade the spotlight for a cozy retirement home where he can spend his golden years soaking up sunbeams and enjoying all the comforts of indoor life. Ed came to the shelter when he was having difficulty sharing his home with dogs, and his family felt he would be happiest as the one-and-only pet. Thankfully, this sweet senior doesn't ask for much, just a comfy couch or bed near a warm window and someone to shower him with love. Having previously lived with a young child, Ed is kid friendly and enjoys being part of the family. He does require a special urinary prescription diet that will need to continue in his new home, but in return you'll get a gentle, affectionate lovebug who is happiest curled up beside his people. If you're looking for a loyal companion to share quiet days and cozy evenings, Ed Sheeran is ready to find the soft landing spot where he can spend the rest of his happily ever after. If adoption isn’t in the cards right now, you can still make a difference by clicking the donate button below Ed Sheeran’s profile. It would be pawsitively amazing!

Story
Speedy was pulled from a local shelter where he was extremely stressed and beginning to decline. Since settling into foster care, he’s shown himself to be a quirky, affectionate cat who thrives on comfort and routine. He seems to do well with cats and dogs, but would likely do best in a quieter home with fewer pets and less commotion. He can be shy in new environments and becomes overstimulated easily when nervous or stressed, so he needs an adopter who will respect his boundaries and allow him time to settle in at his own pace.Speedy has pendular nystagmus, a condition commonly seen in Siamese cats that causes his eyes to move back and forth. It does not require treatment, though it may make him more sensitive to visual stimulation and sudden environmental changes. He loves lounging on his heating pad, bird watching from the window, chasing feather wands and laser pointers, and hunting the occasional fly around the office. He’s very food motivated and especially loves wet food and Delectables squeeze tube treats. While he enjoys long naps, he still has playful bursts of energy and can get intensely focused during playtime. He’s also incredibly tidy, meticulous about grooming, and very neat with his litter box habits.Every now and then, Speedy will let out a long, dramatic little meow when he wants attention, but otherwise he’s a fairly quiet companion who enjoys a calm environment and predictable routine.
