Siamese kittens & cats in Hanover, Pennsylvania

This gorgeous flame point Siamese mix jumped in a good Samaritan's car to get out of the cold. That person then contacted our rescue in hopes to get her safe. Once arriving with us we realized that she was already spayed along with being microchipped. After contacting the owners we were told that she is an outdoor cat while she was in our care it was determined that she was between 8 and 9 years old so we asked the owner if they would be willing to surrender her that way she could have a chance at an indoor life. So here she has found herself in rescue at 8 years old. She is the sweetest lap cat and is a Velcro Kitty. She absolutely loves being indoors and wants nothing to do with the outside world. She is an older girl who deserves a chance at living out the best of the last of her days. She is currently fostered with cats only and has just began being integrated so I do not know how she would do long-term with cats and I do not know how she does with dogs. She spent most of her 8 years outdoors so I'm sure she is fearful of both and slow introductions would have to be done. When it comes to people she absolutely loves everyone and everything she is definitely a little diva who would love to be the center of attention.

Say hello to Mallory! This extra chunky girl was adopted from us in 2022 and unfortunately returned when her owner could no longer care for her. Ms. Mallory was not the happiest returning to us and has had some difficulty adjusting to being here at the shelter. She is a little bit of a sassy girl and definitely makes it known when she is not in the mood for attention, but has generally been a little sweeter on our adoption floor! In fact, as she is so chubby and in need of some extra pounds off her, she is currently free roaming in our adoption building and making friends with staff and volunteers. Mallory has been excited to come up to visitors and will give a little meow even if she is not interested in getting a pet at that time. When she is in the mood for attention, though, she will happily rub against your legs and even your hand when she would like some scratches and pets. Mallory is not the biggest fan of having four paws off the ground but we do believe some of that is due to her size. This lady will need a dedicated and patient owner who will commit time to her care and diet. At this time, Mallory is still not able to clean her back end as well as she should be able to, and does need cleaned up occasionally if it is getting messy back there. She does also have a tendency to get a little matted in her hard to reach places and enjoys a good brushing. She would do best as the only kitty in her forever home and wants to be the princess of her home! Mallory is not good with dogs and does attempt to attack them when they enter her space. Mallory would do best in a home with children who will be respectful of her space and understand that she will need time to relax on her own. Stop in and visit Mallory if she is the kitty for you! Mallory is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.

This sweet princess has had a difficult beginning, but she’s discovering that life can be much more than simply getting by. She’s affectionate, cuddly, playful, and loves having a cozy cat bed or sunny window fit for royalty. Cinderella may be a little reserved while she gets comfortable, but once she feels safe, she enjoys being close to her people and showing off her sweet personality. She loves chasing stuffed mice and balls, and she has one very important weakness: lickable treats. She’s also good with cats and children, making her a lovely little companion for a family. After becoming a mama far earlier than she should have, Cinderella is ready to trade motherhood for a little pampering. She’s waited long enough for her fairy-tale ending, and now it’s her turn to be spoiled, showered with affection, and treated like the princess she is. Could your home be the castle she’s been waiting for? Cinderella has been spayed, is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, is microchipped, litter trained and is negative for FIV/FeLV.
