Story
She is a rescue and we realized we simply don’t have the time for what she needs. She is very shy. Both my boyfriend and I are in college and planning to apply to graduate school, so we don’t have the time to give her the attention she needs. She is slow to warm up to new people and places so we are looking for someone who is settled in, as we will be relocated a lot and that is not something she adjusts to well. She loves belly and chin rubs! You may have seen her posted before. I got busy with school and unfortunately did not have time to go through the previous applications. That’s why I created a new post for new applications! She does have a hernia that she had under her previous owners (we were not told about this). But when we took her to the vet they told us that it is not painful for her and can be easily fixed when she gets neutered. We have not been able to get her neutered as we are students and travel for research so we have not had someone that could take care of her.

Story
Stevie is a cuddle buddy that most times needs a bit of attention. Once he’s gotten his cuddles and pets he generally will sit quietly with you until he needs them again. He’s not a cat that sits in a dark corner all day. He’s very vocal when he needs something. Does not do well in cars, will meow the WHOLE ride. He meows at night as well. He needs an owner that will be patient when he meows for a couple of hrs every night. Stevie would do best in a home where he has access to all rooms because he will meow at you if he can’t sleep with you in your room. He enjoys trips to the restroom where he can continue to enjoy pets and supervise hahaI never had problems with him and my 4 month old baby. He would keep his distance but sometimes came and rubbed his head on the baby. He’s funny, playful, sweet and a great cat. He’d be best for a single owner or a couple that can give him a lot of attention. He’s had problems being with dogs and seems to want to be the dominant cat when there are other.
