Siamese kittens & cats in Temple, Texas

Athena is a beautiful, believed-to-be Siamese cat who has been part of our family for 12 years. This is a heartbreaking decision, and we want to find her a loving forever home. She is an indoor cat who enjoys sunbathing outside occasionally. She is great with children but would do best as the only pet. Athena is loving yet independent, enjoys being petted, and comes looking for snuggles in the evenings. We are expecting our third child, and our 7-year-old has developed an allergy to Athena. Despite trying everything to make it work, we can no longer manage the situation. After 12 years together, this is not a decision we make lightly. We want Athena to find a patient, loving home where she will be safe, comfortable, and cherished.Something to keep in mind with Athena. She has a habit of urinating on carpet instead of consistently using her litter box. In our previous home without carpet, we had no issues, so a home with hard-surface flooring may be a better fit for her.
