Little Tulip is a 5- to 6-month-old cutie patootie who looks like a Jack Russell/ Fox Terrier/ Parsons Terrier plant. It’s hard to tell Tulip is very friendly, outgoing, and well socialized. She’s wonderful with other dogs, big and small and with kitties and children too. Of course, Tulip is fixed and up to date on all her shots, and I have her medical records for her new family. Tulip is a healthy, quiet, and sweet little girl who’s not overly energetic, and she’s fun, happy, and athletic. Tulip is completely housebroken and crate trained and she’s a clever little girl. Tulip is a little one so she’s a perfect size for a traveling buddy or as an apartment puppy. Tulip is not at all hyper, and she loves both men and women equally. In fact, one of her favorite buddies is a 75-year-old retired gentleman who loves to keep tulip on his lap and just pet her when he’s watching a movie. Tulip has been loved, healthy, and handled since she was born, so she’s already well socialized with everyone and everything. Honestly, Tulips is one of the most charming and delightfully sweet pups I have ever fostered! This pretty girl puppy is affectionate, mellow, loving, quiet, playful, and goofy; she’s perky, attentive, alert, happy, and very smart! Tulip is a very sweet girl – she’s mellow, never barks, maybe a bit timid at first, and wonderfully tolerant and loving. I am a firm believer in having potential adopters take a pup home for a “sleepover” to see how your family, your other pets, and your new best buddy all get along. Meet the most fabulous tripod! Hello there! My name is Matilda, and I'm a resilient 3-year-old, 14-pound spayed female terrier mix with a heart full of love and a spirit that can't be held back. I may be a tripod, but trust me, I've got more love and zest for life than you can imagine. I had a rough start, found in TJ walking on my hind legs due to unbearable pain in my front legs. Thanks to the care and love of my rescuers, I'm now on the road to recovery. I have a bone fungal infection that requires ongoing medical attention, and I visit the Vet Specialist regularly. Don't worry, it's not contagious, and I'm on top of my medications – Terbinafine ~$15.00 for a month's supply, Voriconazole ~$115.00 for 1 month supply, depending on market value and where purchased. Dasuquin to support joint mobility ~$41.00 for 3 months supply depending on market value and where purchased-- all to keep me happy, healthy, and moving. I am fully bathroom and leash trained. Now, let me tell you a bit about my wonderful personality. I am dog that loves people, and does not love other dogs or cats. I want to be the shining star! I'm what they call a Velcro dog – I'll follow you everywhere, matching your energy whether you're in the mood for play or relaxation. I do have some anxieties, especially around new people and animals, so patience is key. Loud trucks and pushy pets aren't my favorite, and I prefer to have my humans' love all to myself. Despite my initial reservations, once I know you, I'm the ultimate companion, ready to be by your side 24/7. I'm pretty easygoing, enjoying lounging on the couch, basking in the sun, and playing with my toys by myself. I'd thrive in a quiet home with my own space, as an only dog. It will be all oh-kai! Hi there! My name is Kai, and I’m a 4-year-old, 43-pound spayed Terrier mix. I was scooped up in Rosario, Mexico, where I was found underweight and living on the streets. I’ve come a long way since then and am ready to find my furever home! I’m a total sweetheart once you’ve earned my trust. I’ll then be your best friend and will be excited every time we see each other! I’m a high-energy gal, and I enjoy being your running buddy on runs through the neighborhood. My other favorite activities include chasing my Chuckit! ball, eating, playing tug-o-war, and sniffing for treats. I’m now fully potty-trained and crate-trained. Leash training is a work in progress, though, since I tend to pull a lot. My biggest challenge, however, is my stranger danger. I tend to become anxious and on high alert once I get outside of my comfort zone. No separation anxiety here, though, especially when I’m left behind with another doggie friend to play with. My ideal household would be a quieter home that had familiar people coming in and out. I’d love a nice backyard to play in, and I’d do just fine as either the only dog or with a well-rounded, confident doggie sibling. No kitties or children, please.
