Meet Papaya! She was found as a stray with her mom and siblings in Eastern Washington and are now safely in a foster home & looking for their forever homes. Papaya is a very sweet girl who loves people and other animals. She is a slightly shy and submissive girl but is always looking for love. Mango is approximately 2 1/2 years old and looking for her forever home! She is amazing with all people, has so far been great with other dogs and neutral around cats. She is still learning how to walk on a leash without tripping her handler, but this is understandable being that she was a stray fending for herself & her puppies for some time. Meet Fig! Him and his family were found as strays out in Eastern Washington and is now in foster & looking for his forever home! Robin is a 3 year old English Staffordshire Bull Terrier and is the sweetest dog you will ever meet! She has lived with her current family since she was approximately three months old. Both parents work full-time and Robin spends a lot of time in her crate during the day. A new baby in the home means Robin is getting even less attention than she deserves. She loves other dogs as shown in the picture of her taken while playing with a neighbor’s dog. She would thrive in a home with one or more dogs to play with. She enjoys walks outside but prefers to spend most of her time indoors with her family. She loves affection from everyone she meets.

Poppy is a brindle babe with an adorable underbite, a signature happy hop, and a suspiciously high IQ when it comes to “toy (de)construction.” She’s estimated to be around 5 years old, weighs about 64 lbs, and our best guess is a boxer/pittie mix (with the usual rescue disclaimer we can’t promise breed or birthday, but personality? Poppy adores stuffy toys… and also believes fluff is meant to be set free. In playgroup, Poppy showed that she’s most comfortable with calm, respectful dog friends. She would enjoy a buddy who can take a hint and prefers “play if invited” rather than constant wrestling auditions. On leash, she was decent and generally focused on wandering and sniffing alongside her new friends rather than making a big fuss about the other dogs. Once she meets and settles in she mingles around wonderfully. Poppy’s dream home is on the calmer side, where her people appreciate her rather low-key pace. A house with a yard would be lovely for her, but she may also be comfortable in an apartment with appropriate daily outlets and enrichment. And Poppy is looking for a cat-free home. Meeting our house cat it was easy to see that her curiosity was a bit too intense for the average house cat. Chomp is a 5 year old Staffordshire Terrier mix. Loves snuggling under blankets and playing ball. He is great with INDOOR cats and has lived with two female dogs. Chomp does display barrier aggression to passerbyers (mainly other dogs) so a fully fenced yard is a must. He has lived around kids and while he does great with them, he is very food motivated/strong so I wouldn't recommend him to be around little ones. Chomp will require an experienced adopter as he is a large breed/has some quirks about him.
