Story
Bea is four-year-old giant schnauzer/standard poodle mix. We adopted her from a shelter that rescued her from South Carolina after being thrown from a moving vehicle. Despite her past, she is an absolute sweetheart. She is relentlessly playful and is great with both dogs and kids. Put simply, she's among the most loving animals you'll ever meet. She does tend to get rather anxious when left alone, however, and this will require her new owner to be patient.

Story
Meet Ranger (aka Frankie — our “Ole Blue Eyes”) Ranger — who we’ve been calling Frankie — is an incredibly sweet, people-loving puppy who is happiest when he’s close to his humans. He’s the kind of boy who watches you with total devotion, follows your lead, and bonds quickly Frankie happens to be deaf, but don’t let that fool you for a second — it hasn’t slowed him down one bit. In fact, he’s so attentive and tuned into his people that he’s already doing wonderfully with visual cues, learning through eye contact, and staying connected to whoever he’s with. He’s affectionate, playful, and full of puppy joy. What to know about Ranger/Frankie: About 11 weeks old Currently around 20 lbs Mini Bernedoodle (on the larger “mini” side — likely 45–50 lbs full grown) Deaf, but extremely people-focused and affectionate Friendly with dogs and cats High-energy, playful puppy Potty training in progress — going outside with normal puppy accidents Working on leash training Working on crate training — may cry at first, but settles more with consistency   IMPORTANT - A securely fenced backyard is required at this time, as he is still gaining confidence with leash walking and will need a safe, enclosed space for exercise and potty breaks while he continues training. Because he is both a puppy and deaf, Ranger would do best in a home without young children, as little ones may accidentally startle him since he can’t hear them coming. He’d be happiest in a household where someone is home much of the time, and he is not a good fit for apartment living (he can be vocal at times, especially during crate training). Ranger does not resource guard food or treats, but he can growl when you take away items he shouldn’t have — so he’ll need continued training and guidance in that area (which is very common for puppies!). After he’s had his playtime and zoomies, Ranger’s favorite thing is curling up close and snuggling with his people. A home with experience with deaf dogs would be amazing — but what matters most is a family committed to learning and training alongside him as he grows. Ranger is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and a neuter deposit is required as part of the adoption process. He is available for adoption in New Jersey and surrounding areas. Story
Prentiss is a beautiful standard Poodle born on March 27, 2025. She’s a sweet, loving, and gentle girl. Prentiss gets along wonderful with other dogs and kids. She got to meet a few cats at her last vet visit and didn't have any issues with them as well. She knows how to walk on a leash and is almost potty trained. If she has an accident, she knows to use the pads. She loves to play with balls and stuffed animals. Prentiss rides great in the car and seems to really enjoy it. She is a total love bug. She gives lots of kisses and likes to snuggle up in the bed with you. This precious girl would make a great addition to any home. We would prefer that she goes to a home that has another dog because she loves other dogs so much.
