Gizmo is 7 years old and weighs 14 pounds.  He is a fun little guy with a huge personality.  He loves humans and enjoys the company of other dogs.  He is a very outgoing playful dog.  Gizmo enjoys his walks and exercise.  If you are interested in meeting or adopting him please go straight to our website and fill out the online adoption application. www.fochp.org     Please fill out our online application (www.fochp.org).  Once you meet the pet and decide it is the right pet for your family there is an adoption fee.  The adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, de-worming, microchip, 30-day pet health insurance which you will need to order when we provide you with the number.    Our adoption fees are non-refundable so please be sure you are ready for a commitment to the pet you are interested in. Please be sure to check your spam mail if you feel you have not heard from us. Once we receive the application, we can put you in touch with the foster home so you can schedule a time to meet the pet.  Our adoption process is pretty quick, and a lot of volunteers are involved to ensure you get a quick response.  Please…. only fill out the application if you are ready to adopt right now and have consent from all parties involved.  Once you submit the application please verify that it is received (the screen will say your application has been received) if you do not get that message it has not been submitted. – if you do not hear from us within 1 hour, we may not have received your application.    Adoptions are based on Best fit/match and then 1st come 1st serve.  Please check your email regularly for a response from the foster and be prepared for the opportunity to meet the dog as soon as they can be adopted.    May 7, 2024, 6:50 pm
