Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.Skye is 5 years old and 10 pounds of sweetness.  She is quiet and a cuddler who gets along with all of the dogs in the foster home.  She loves watching them play but she does not join in.  Skye likes to sunbath when the weather is nice. She likes to be carried and still getting use to walking on a leash, she does ride well in the car without getting car sick.  Skye has no aggression in any area and is treat motivated. She is 100% pure Schnauzer. Skye was found running down the street in San Antonio, TX in a not so pleasant area of town.  She was scanned for a microchip and she did not have one, she does now.  She was posted on multiple Lost & Found pages but no one came forward for her.  She was extremely matted as a result from being in the streets for so long and I groomed her and I am not a professional but focused on getting the mats off.  Her coat will grow back in pretty. Even though she was found on the streets and had been out there awhile, her house manners are excellent.  Completely house, crate and potty trained.  I leave her to roam freely in my home with my personal dogs while I am gone. He has been growing up in the shelter system as we've had him since October - we can't understand how he hasn't been scooped up yet because he's the sweetest boy! Brody is just the cutest cuddlebug whose goal is to make friends with everyone he meets, including children! Due to his rambunctious personality, older kids would be best. He loves to play and tends to prefer smaller dogs over larger ones. Brody loves to snuggle, give kisses, and will accept all the pets and belly rubs you have to offer. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Mr. MAN saved from a kill shelter in Georgia and arrived at Give a Dog a Home Rescue, in Sebec, Maine on 30 October 2023. Mr. MAN is neutered, rabies, core vaccines, monthly preventatives, heartworm and tick disease tested negative and is microchipped with 24PetWatch. He has an estimated date of birth of October 2021 and in December 2023 has an estimated weight of 50 pounds. We have no way of knowing the breed, it is up to individuals to look at the pictures and videos to make up their own mind. We take a lot of pictures and videos and don't always have the time to post them on the dogs individual webpage and adoption site, so we ask that you go to the rescue  YouTube channel  and  photo albums on our Facebook page  to see a LOT of pictures and videos. Mr. MAN is an absolute sweetheart, brimming with affection and love. He loves to play and charge around with his other dogs friends, but equally, it nor a little more, likes to be with his humans, as close as can be. He would be great for a family that wanted a dog to take everywhere with them. He has been around adults of all ages, shapes and sizes, small children and people with special needs and was gentle and loving.  He is responsive and is happy to show anyone he meets lots of love. He does need an active family who will ensure he gets all the exercise, both mentally and physically that he needs to live a happy fulfilling life. We are looking for families that have the lifestyle that the dog needs to lead a healthy, both mentally and physically life, who can afford a GOOD quality food, toys and treats and understand the importance of veterinary wellness checks. Mr. MAN is located at the rescue in Sebec Maine and is available for a  reduced adoption  fee of $250. Interested families are required to complete our application process and once approved schedule an appointment to come to the rescue to meet and take home their new best friend.
