I never start trouble with anyone and I am grateful for any act of kindness. I am 25 lbs and approximately 5 yrs. old but Tracy will confirm this when I get neutered. He is neutered, up to date on all shots, microchipped and his adoption fee is $450. The fee includes the transport cost. I am a super cute, lovable 8-month-old Schnauzer mix pup (approx. DOB 6/1/25). I might be small, but I have a story of huge resilience. I was rescued from a backyard breeder in Pinellas County. When I was first saved, I couldn't walk at all, but I’ve worked so hard, and I am now a happy, zooming puppy who loves life! My Personality I am incredibly sweet and affectionate. Now that I’ve learned how to walk, I love to explore! I am playful, eager to be loved, and just want to be with my people. My Medical Journey I do have some ongoing neurological problems with my back, but that doesn’t slow my spirit down! My wonderful rescue is working hard to raise funds for a specialized neurologist consult to find out our best options for my care. I am looking for a special adopter who can help me continue my journey to becoming as strong as possible. My Ideal Home Other Dogs:  Yes, I get along great with other dogs! Cats:  I don’t mind them at all. Kids:  Because I’m still a puppy and a little "mouthy" when I get excited, I am recommended for a home with mature children. If you are looking for a lovable, brave little companion and are willing to manage my neurological needs, I am ready to be your best friend. Pretzel's adoption fee is $500 - obedience training is required after adoption and fully enclosed front or backyard is also required. Story
Meet Krackel, Cadbury & Lindor 🍫💛 These three sweet souls are part of a group of 10 small dogs we recently rescued from a heartbreaking situation. They spent their early lives confined to crates under a carport and inside a metal shed, with very little human interaction and no experience with leashes or life indoors. Because of that, the world is still a little scary—but their hearts are very much open. Krackel (the tiniest scruffy girl), Cadbury (a taller, gray scruffy girl), and Lindor (a white and tan Chihuahua mix boy) are all about 1.5–2 years old and under 20 lbs. Though timid at first, they want to trust. They gently approach for affection, happily accept treats, and show us every day that they’re ready to keep learning—at their pace. They are sweet, sensitive dogs who will thrive in calm, patient homes with people willing to let trust grow naturally. Once they feel safe, their affection is incredibly rewarding 💕 Their ideal home: - No young children (they’re not aggressive—just scared of loud, fast movements) - Ability to safely crate them if young kids visit - Another friendly dog to help build confidence - A quiet, secure environment - A solid fenced yard is strongly preferred - Krackel & Lindor may do okay in an apartment or townhome with very secure leash routines - Cadbury is the most fearful and truly needs a calm home with a fenced yard They are all: ✔️ Spayed/neutered ✔️ Vaccinated ✔️ Microchipped ✔️ Heartworm negative 📍 Located in Sarasota, FL 💲 Adoption fee: $350 each These little ones have been through so much, but they are ready to write a new chapter—with their people. If you believe love, patience, and consistency can change a life (or three), they’d love to meet you. 👉 Apply to adopt: www.love4pawsfl.org/adopt
