Story
With a name like â&#194&#128&#194&#156June Bugâ&#194&#128&#194&#157 you might think she would be a bit â&#194&#128&#194&#156derpyâ&#194&#128&#194&#157 or scatter brained or â&#194&#128&#194&#156directionally challengedâ&#194&#128&#194&#157 as the eponymous insect is, but lo! The gentile June Bug is none of those things. Nor will she climb the walls or spin endlessly on her back. Instead June Bug might lay in her dog bed and chill until itâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s time for a walk or a romp in the outdoors. June Bug has that type of doggy zen that us mere humans can only aspire to. Perfectly content to just be, and be freely affectionate. She is rumored to like ball toys and is known to get along well with other canines. Her chill has not been tested by felines. Consider this girl if you are prepared for some love and zen-like joy in your life. All Dallas Pets Alive adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon adoption. The standard minimum donation for dogs over six months to seven years is $200, puppies under six months is $250, dogs eight years and over are $100 unless specified otherwise. Story
Oh, Otto! Otto is a friendly and chill senior who is looking for his furever home after being found as a stray. He is leash trained, crate trained, and house trainedâ&#194&#128¦of course he isâ&#194&#128¦heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s a sweet little gentleman! He is healing from some skin issues so he can be a little shy at first and prefers pets on his lovely little head instead of a full body stroke. But now that he is feeling better, you can really see how grateful he is to have loving people nearby. He is low energy due to his age but there is a curious twinkle in his eyes. He would do well in a quiet and calm household or apartment. If you are looking for a quiet companionâ&#194&#128¦maybe you otto give Otto a look! Story
Hi! I'm Dallas! I'm an approximately 4 year old, male, Schnauzer mix who weighs approximately 30lbs. I was surrendered by my owner on 05/31/2025 because my owner was suffering from health problems and could no longer care for me. I am a bouncy, fun loving guy who is ready to start his next adventure! According to my previous owner, I am house and leash trained and know a few basic commands. I love to cuddle up with my humans for nap time and enjoy long walks and belly rubs. I LOVE the holidays! I enjoy dressing up and celebrating with my loves ones. If you have another dog in the home, a meet and greet is encouraged to make sure we get along. Due to popularity, meet and greets will be by approved application only. My adoption fee is $125. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccinations, basic boosters, and heartworm negative. Please visit https://rockwalladoptions.com/adoptfoster/adoption-application/ to fill out an application and RAC staff will be in touch with next steps.  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email info@RockwallAdoptions.com. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense. June 4, 2025, 12:31 pm
