Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Kendra — The Ultimate Lap Dog Package! Sweet little Kendra is a 4-year-old Schnauzer/Yorkie mix who was found as a stray, but you'd never guess it by her loving, gentle nature. This calm and affectionate girl is the definition of a velcro dog — all she wants is to be near you… or better yet, in your lap! Kendra is great with everyone she meets — humans and other dogs alike. While she has shown some interest in cats, we think a cat-free home would be best for her. She's both potty trained and crate trained, though she doesn’t need a crate — she’s perfectly content snuggled up next to you. This sweet soul walks beautifully on leash, rides like a pro in the car, and has a heart full of love to give. If you're looking for a loyal little shadow who will stick by your side and shower you with unconditional love, Kendra is your girl. Now accepting applications — come meet the sweetest lap dog you’ll ever know!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 10, 2025, 2:58 pm

Story
Oh, Otto! Otto is a friendly and chill senior who is looking for his furever home after being found as a stray. He is leash trained, crate trained, and house trainedâ&#194&#128¦of course he isâ&#194&#128¦heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s a sweet little gentleman! He is healing from some skin issues so he can be a little shy at first and prefers pets on his lovely little head instead of a full body stroke. But now that he is feeling better, you can really see how grateful he is to have loving people nearby. He is low energy due to his age but there is a curious twinkle in his eyes. He would do well in a quiet and calm household or apartment. If you are looking for a quiet companionâ&#194&#128¦maybe you otto give Otto a look! All Dallas Pets Alive adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon adoption. The standard minimum donation for dogs over six months to seven years is $200, puppies under six months is $250, dogs eight years and over are $100 unless specified otherwise. You can view all adoptable pets and fill out an adoption application online on our website at http://dallaspetsalive.org/adopt/adoptable-dogs/ .
