Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.This cute little guy is WINSTON but I need to get more pictures of him, I will try today.  He is a pure breed Schnauzer, 1 year old and 12.5 pounds of playful energy.  He is in a home with several fosters big and small breeds and he happily plays with all of them. This guy is a lover as well as he loves to snuggle with me when he is not playing with his pay PEPE or one of the female pugs.  And he walks great on a leash, no pulling, just normal walking. WINSTON was dumped in a far away landfill completely matted with his nails so overgrown they had curved over.  He was great while being groomed for such a long time, he just stood there like a champion. He is well behaved and low maintenance on a daily basis. If you are interested in adopting WINSTON, please submit an application on the website below.  Thank you. www.roxysk9rescue.org     ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption. Meet Charlie Charlie is about 1 1/2 years old, weighs 25 pounds and is a super happy, playful pup! He is very sweet, friendly and as you can see in the video, enjoys exploring and playing. He was rescued by a neighbor after his mom and siblings were confiscated for animal cruelty. We are so grateful she worked so hard to rescue him. We can see Charlie doing well in a home where he can get lots of attention and playtime with his family. He is curious and also enjoys being held. He has a fun personality and he is very smart. He enjoys playing with his toys and other dogs here at the rescue. He is just a fun-loving pup who can’t wait to find a home of his own! He would be a wonderful, loyal companion to grow up in just about any family environment. Charlie is neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations, microchipped and his adoption fee is $325. A meet and greet will be arranged with an approved application. Winston is a real charmer! He wins the hearts of everyone he meets. He just showed up in a neighborhood looking for someone to love! After taking him to a vet clinic to be scanned for a microchip and posting him all over social media no owner came forward. Now Winston is looking for a new family. He seems to be extremely friendly with everyone he meets however we do not know how he would do with children. The doctor is guessing him to be about 7 - 8 years old. He seems to be house trained and has not been destructive in any way. He very much enjoys going for walks and likes to spend time outside. His biggest love is sitting in laps and giving kisses if he can get away with it! If you think Winston may be a match for you just let us know!
