Story
Emmie has been with us for a year and is fully litterbox trained. She loves cardboard scratchers and hasn’t touched the furniture since we started using them. Her owner, my best friend Lisa, lived with us until she passed away from leukemia. I promised Lisa I would find Emmie a loving home. Emmie was a feral kitten and had one litter very young. She was later spayed and released and has one clipped ear. She once lived with a dog and they mostly ignored each other. Since the dog left, Emmie has become more affectionate and relaxed, so she would likely do best without dogs. She’s been indoor/outdoor since October and enjoys sunning on the porch. She loves snuggling on the couch or bed but needs time to warm up. With new people she may hide at first. She isn’t feisty with other cats and simply watches the neighborhood cat from a distance. Emmie just needs someone patient to love her.

Story
Hi there! This is Ponyo! She is a particular girlie. She love a hoodie lace tied to a string toy handle. She is playful and Very food motivated. She works best in low stimulating environments, and needs a bit adjusting to spaces so please don't be shocked if she is a little spicy at first, she is super sweet and loves cuddles and climbing on your chest and making biscuits, she used to be a barn cat from what the previous post used to say about her.

Story
We adopted Thing One, along with his twin brother, Thing Two, from "A New Leash on Life," a pet rescue organization. About five years, when we adopted then, they were kittens. We would like them to stay together since they are twins. They are indoor cats. They are trained to use a kitty litter box. We're rehoming Thing One and Thing Two because we have four cats total and can only have two pets in the 55+ apartments we moved into. They are very gentle and love people, even strangers. Thing One has blue eyes and Thing has green eyes. That's how we tell them apart. Unique characteristic about Thing One: If you sneeze, we will look at you and meow, meaning "are you ok?" He always wants to be high up. If you walk into a room, he will run in front of you and get on top of a chair to be as high as you.

He sometimes wants to be petted and sometimes not. But when is in the mood for affection he will sit in your lap and gently pat you one your face.

Story
Matcha is a 3 year old female cat. we adopted her as a kitten from humane society! she has always been so playful(she loves stick toys)! She loves zoomies and cuddling most of all! She is very affectionate and loves to be around people! Unfortunately we had a baby a few months ago and she has not handled it well. She is always stressed and not her usual self anymore. We are looking for a loving home who would be able to give her the love she deserves!

Story
Evy is a rescue who has been a wonderful pet.She is four years old and the sweetest lap cat. She is great with kids and other cats. Unfortunately, she has been having some behavioral problems and peeing on our carpets ever since we brought a new baby home. We are afraid that she is in a stressful environment and acting out. She needs to be in a peaceful home and we are unable to provide that to her. She would do better with older kids or calm environments.
