Meet Louie! 🍊 Louie is a 7-year-old neutered orange tabby with a heart of gold. He’s gentle, easygoing, and wonderful with kids and other cats. He’s also lived peacefully with dogs in his previous home! Louie loves affection, freshly washed hair, and finding high places you never imagined he could reach. He’s a huge fan of people food and would absolutely sell his soul for a baked bean! Louie is strictly indoor-only but is a determined escape artist. If frightened outside, he can be extremely difficult to catch and cannot safely fend for himself. He needs a home with careful door safety. He currently needs eye ointment twice daily for a temporary eye issue, so his adopter should be prepared to continue treatment until the issue resolves. Louie would make a wonderful addition to a loving home looking for a sweet, silly companion. Just keep the baked beans to yourself!

Zuko was a kitten when we took in from a friends cat. We’ve had him since 2018 (he is 8 years old). He was the second cat we adopted — he joined the household of our slightly older cat. They haven’t ever really gotten along, he’s bigger than the older cat and he starts fights with him, often scratching him pretty badly. Overall, he is a sweet and cuddly cat, he has occasionally lashed out (when overwhelmed) and scratched or even bitten us, our kids, and visitors. He is generally good with our kids but we don’t trust him around them due to the chance of said lashing out. He has a very doglike personality and loves to play and be the center of attention, especially with guests over. He does have destructive/territorial tendencies when he is stressed or upset. He has previously been an indoor outdoor cat(fenced in yard) but is strictly indoor now.We believe he would be happier in a home more equipped to give him the attention he needs, probably without other cats or children in the home.
