Teddy is a sweet, chunky, cat. He loves to be brushed, loves to be pet. He’s very shy at first but once he warms up to you, he becomes the most loving, cuddly cat. He is 6 years old. His prior owner no longer wanted to have pets and wanted to get rid of him. He is strictly an indoor cat and is very well behaved. Has never had an accident with me.

My cat is a loving and affectionate boy who deserves a home where he can have more freedom and attention. Due to my current living situation, he has to stay confined to my bedroom for long periods of time because someone in the household is afraid of him. I want him to have a home where he can comfortably explore, play, and be part of the family. I’m looking for a patient, loving and responsible person who will treat him like family and give him the attention and care he deserves.

Meet Links! Links is an adorable gray tabby boy born in July who currently weighs about 5 lbs. He and his sister, Butters, were found on a rainy night abandoned on a dirt road in rural Alabama, but this little survivor hasn’t let his rough start dim his bright spirit. True to his name, Links is fast as lightning! He loves racing around, climbing the cat tree, and turning playtime into his own little adventure. When the zoomies are over, he’s just as happy being held and will reward you with a loud, happy purr. Links is a fun-loving, sweet kitten who enjoys both playtime and affection. He’s also litter box trained and ready to settle into a loving forever home. Petra is such a sweet girl. She is very affectionate and loves to lounge but is still very playful. She loves to use her paws to get your attention and draw you in closer so she can get some pets on her terms. She loves a good belly skritch, an afternoon nap, and a jingly mice cat toy. If you're looking for a cat that will not leave your side but still be able to do her own thing, she's your girl! Adoptable animals at VPAC are brought in through Homewood Animal Control then held for 10 days for an owner to claim. After that the animals are updated on vaccines and given fecal exams, and heartworm tests. The adoption fee also covers the cost of spaying/neutering services which we provide to the animal at 6 months of age or prior to their adoption.

Meet our sweet boy 💕 He is a 5-year-old male cat with the biggest heart and the biggest cuddle instinct you’ll ever meet. He is incredibly loving and truly lives for companionship. If you sit down, he will be right beside you—snuggled up, purring, and happiest just being close. He’s the kind of cat who wants to be your shadow and your best friend. If you feed him and take care of him, he will not leave your side. He bonds deeply with his person and gives so much affection in return. He has been the best cat we could ever ask for—gentle, loyal, and endlessly loving. Unfortunately, due to our 1-year-old’s allergies, we can no longer keep him, and this decision breaks our hearts. We are looking for a safe, loving home where he can get the attention and cuddles he deserves. He would be perfect for someone who wants a constant companion and a true cuddle buddy.
