Story
This is Lumi, short for Luminescent, because she lights up any room she enters! She was found as a cautious, but playful stray kitten (8-12 months) and has been living indoors for about 3 months. Since she has moved indoors, she has been even more cautious towards people. She lives with 2 other cats and is friendly with them. One of the cats is not as friendly towards her, but Lumi has never been the one to start a confrontation. She would do well in a home with either no cats or other friendly cats. It is unknown how well she would do with dogs in the home. Lumi has not been completely indoor potty trained yet, gotten her shots up to date, or spayed. She eats and drinks well. She has had some potty training and will use the litter box sometimes. She will need someone who can devote time to her training and who can clean up accidents. Overall, Lumi is a sweet girl who needs more time to adjust to living indoors, and has potential to be indoor/outdoor, considering her origins.

Story
Luna and her brother Leo are 2yr old tabbies and were given to us by a friend of the family who was moving and unfortunately not able to bring them with. Our family has enjoyed their company for the last few months but our other cat is having a hard time adjusting to having two new cats around. We would like to find a new loving home for these two sweet cats. Both are very playful, friendly, and love cuddles. Luna is very outgoing and playful. Leo is a bit shy at first, but once he warms up to you he is incredibly sweet. They love to ruff house and are good with other animals. It is very important that they are both adopted together.

Story
My husband and I are heartbroken to be rehoming our cat, but we want to do what is best for her. She is 6 years old and we adopted her as a kitten. She has been a wonderful companion, very loving, affectionate, and delightfully clingy in the best way. She thrives on attention and enjoys being close to her people. We recently welcomed a premature baby who requires a great deal of care and attention. Due to our doctor’s recommendations regarding potential allergies and our limited ability to give her the time and affection she deserves, we feel we are no longer the best home for her. We are looking for a loving, stable home where she can receive plenty of attention and companionship. Our only goal is to see her placed in the best possible home, which is why we are not charging a rehoming fee. Please feel free to reach out with any questions, we truly want to make sure she finds the perfect fit.

Story
WANTED: An experienced cat lover who’s versed in self-absorbed, and sometimes warlord-like cat antics. Meet STEWIE. He’s a smart and a hugely endearing furball. 12ish years old. FIV+ (not FELV), vaccinated, neutered, litterbox trained. He’s beautiful and he knows it. Has more expectations of you than your mother. Doesn’t ask nicely but demands with consistent “mehs” instead of meows. Best as a single cat in a home with no kiddos. He lost his owner after she passed away and has been voicing his disapproval with his situation (her sister, his loving foster) ever since. A situation that will change since his foster cannot keep him due to family illness. He enjoys holding your lap hostage until he no longer has use for it. Will claim items as “his”, regardless of whether you need them. A downright hedonist LOVE PIG, but will make it clear when he’s over it, and needs someone who’s patient, cat savvy, and understanding of his moods. Stewie deserves a peaceful home and a better life.

Hello, a few things about our cat are he is about 9 years old. Very cuddly and friendly, loves to be petted. He is always around and never hides. He is big about 20 pounds but he is still playful, likes to play with a ball and cat toys. Eats regular cat food, we give wet food ones in while. Gets alone with everyone, and great with kids.

Story
This is Tyson. He was born into our family but unfortunatley no one can take him and I am going to the military so he needs to be rehomed. Tyson is extremley loveable and tolerates quite a bit. He is super talkative and very food drievn. He does great with people, kids, and dogs. He has grown up with other cats but with his age it gets harder for him to get comfortable with other cats so i suggest no other cats. He absolutley hates baths but he doesnt mind being brushed or nails being cliped. He loves attention and he loves following you around all the time. He is considered a puppy kitty. He is 14 born september 27th and is overweight at 15 lbs. He does fairly good on car rides. He can be needy when it comes to wanting attention or food and he tends to try and take your food or beg like a dog. He comes with a small 3 foot cat tower, scratch pad, & an automatic feeder. Tyson is very dear to me but need a good home to go to that will cherish him like I have. Come meet Tyson the ty-pie.

I’m currently thriving in a loving foster home! To learn more about me and set up a meet and greet, please email info@catcaresociety.org. You’ll receive an overview of any medical or behavioral disclaimers to review before scheduling an in-person meeting. All sugar and no spice, Lady Tutt is as sweet as they come! She’ll greet you with the cutest little meow and loves spending her days birdwatching from the window or napping in a cozy bed (or classic cardboard box). She’s a perfect mix of independent and affectionate — always happy to be near you and even happier when it’s time for laser pointer play or a catnip break. She is the perfect mix of independent and snuggly, always excited to get attention but also more than happy to just be near you. With a calm environment, gentle handling, and time to build trust, Lady Tutt has shown she can truly shine. She does have a few medical needs, so a quick chat with our vet will help make sure it’s the right match.

I’m currently thriving in a loving foster home! To learn more about me and set up a meet and greet, please email info@catcaresociety.org. You’ll receive an overview of any medical or behavioral disclaimers to review before scheduling an in-person meeting. Blue is closely bonded to Miller and they would love nothing more than to be adopted together! You can often find them curled up together and enjoying each others company. Are you looking for two cats instead of one? This cat is one half of a bonded pair! Bonded cats are required to go home with their buddy whether that be due to possible stress for one or both cats if they become separated or because these two have been together their whole lives! *Considering bringing home a bonded pair? We make things easy by offering a “by one get one” deal when adopting! If you see one but not the other on the website, give us a call at (303)239-9680 or email us at info@catcaresociety.org chances are they are temporarily not available but will be soon! Cat Care Society cannot place holds on these cats over the phone or through email but we would be happy to do a hold in person. *
