Story
Lenny is a very energetic and playful boy. Loves having toys to Chase. Although he’s very energetic, he loves to lay on the back of the couch or at the end of your bed and be lazy. He loves to eat and he loves ( some) treats. He doesn’t like his belly rubbed very much. But enjoy his rubs on the head or back. He loves sunbathing and going outside for periods of time. He’s grown up indoors, but he always tries to sneak outside when he can. He could lay in the sun for hours with his eyes closed. As far as I know, he doesn’t love being around other dogs, but he can deal with it. He just gets grumpy and becomes a bit of a bully to them. He does great home alone for periods time if needed. He is fully potty trained and is a very smart boy when it comes to change. We have moved about 4 times together He hasn’t really been around other cats so it would probably take some time to get him used to other animals. Overall, Lenny is looking for a calm home with a lot of time and attention and care.

Story
Murphy was originally a desert cat who was about 3 years old when we adopted him from RezDawg Rescue. We have had him for 5 years now, but in recent months, our pet allergies have been getting exponentially worse. He's the most polite and affectionate cat we've ever seen, and we want him to go to a home that will love him as much as we do (just without the wheezing and watery eyes). Murph believes in equality, so any pets he gets will be returned by an equal measure of licks. Rub too far down on his chest, and he'll push your hand away with his paw or gently place his teeth on you. He will sleep with you at night and try to push you out of bed with his head for food in the morning. He needs playtime or he gets a little frisky, but if his needs are met, he's the cutest little guy you'll ever see.

Story
Miss Kitty is approximately 10 years old. My grandma apodted her and she has been apart of the family since she was a kitten. Unfortunately my grandma cannot care for her on her own anymore, and my move (5/31/26) doesn't allow Miss Kitty to come with me. Miss Kitty is very sweet. She loves to drink from the faucet, Catnip, pets, and cuddles. She can be chatty and likes to "talk" back and forth with you. Sometimes it seems like she repeats hello back to you. She was unhappy, but very tolerant of a bath. She is friendly with cats and dogs. I don't think she knows she can jump, so you won't ever find her on counter tops or tables. She does have all four paws intact meaning she was not declawed

Story
Blue is a 7-year-old grey tabby with a calm, gentle spirit. He’s happiest curled up beside you on the couch, and getting lots of pets. Miller is a 9-year-old charmer who loves to “talk” and be part of the conversation. He’s interactive, affectionate, and always ready to share his thoughts! Together, they chase each other around the house, and when they get tired, they happily nap by each other's side. They’re the perfect reminder that love is even better when it’s shared. Are you looking for two cats instead of one? This cat is one half of a bonded pair! Bonded cats are required to go home with their buddy whether that be due to possible stress for one or both cats if they become separated or because these two have been together their whole lives! *Considering bringing home a bonded pair? We make things easy by offering a “by one get one” deal when adopting! If you see one but not the other on the website, give us a call at (303)239-9680 or email us at info@catcaresociety.org chances are they are temporarily not available but will be soon! Cat Care Society cannot place holds on these cats over the phone or through email but we would be happy to do a hold in person. *
