Story
Joyce has been a loved part of our home for 6 years, but due to life changes we’re no longer able to give her the time and attention she deserves. Our goal is to find her a home where she can truly thrive. She has lived with both cats and dogs. She does well with small dogs and can adjust to larger dogs and cats with time. She’s not very playful, but she’s incredibly affectionate and will always find her way into your lap for snuggles. She loves curling up near your feet at night or lounging on the back of the couch (bonus: she may groom your hair!). Joyce is also quite vocal and will happily remind you when it’s mealtime. She is litter box trained and prefers not fully enclosed boxes. Recently, she has had occasional accidents after being left alone for long periods, which we believe is related to stress or needing more companionship. We feel Joyce would do best in a home where someone is around more often to give her the love and attention she craves.

Story
Murphy was originally a desert cat who was about 3 years old when we adopted him from RezDawg Rescue. We have had him for 5 years now, but in recent months, our pet allergies have been getting exponentially worse. He's the most polite and affectionate cat we've ever seen, and we want him to go to a home that will love him as much as we do (just without the wheezing and watery eyes). Murph believes in equality, so any pets he gets will be returned by an equal measure of licks. Rub too far down on his chest, and he'll push your hand away with his paw or gently place his teeth on you. He will sleep with you at night and try to push you out of bed with his head for food in the morning. He needs playtime or he gets a little frisky, but if his needs are met, he's the cutest little guy you'll ever see.

Story
He’s a good cat and uniquely smart. He is 2 years old. He’s a big cuddly cat once he gets used to knowing someone. He loves to walk by you and do a small jump and rub on you. He comes to you when you are sitting in the couch and just lays on your legs. He seeks attention when he desires it. He loves snacks and he’s a friendly cat with other cats. We are saddened to let him go and want to keep him but our situation is difficult at the moment. We do want him to have a nice loving home.

Story
Luna and her brother Leo are 2yr old tabbies and were given to us by a friend of the family who was moving and unfortunately not able to bring them with. Our family has enjoyed their company for the last few months but our other cat is having a hard time adjusting to having two new cats around. We would like to find a new loving home for these two sweet cats. Both are very playful, friendly, and love cuddles. Luna is very outgoing and playful. Leo is a bit shy at first, but once he warms up to you he is incredibly sweet. They love to ruff house and are good with other animals. It is very important that they are both adopted together.

These cats are in Centennial, Colorado too!

Story
Charlie is a 4 year old tomcat, who I adopted in May of 2024 after he was rescued from the street life. He is an absolute sweetheart, who loves attention naps, and cuddles. He’s a bit of a chatterbox, particularly when he is starting to get hungry so you’ll definitely know when he’s ready for a snack, assuming he hasn’t already started making you biscuits.Charlie does have some minor anxiety, and does not do well with dogs. He tends to harass and bully them, so he would do best in a home that does NOT have any dogs.Charlie does get along with other cats, under the right circumstances. He gets along well with them 99% of the time, but when he gets hungry he tends to get upset when other cats are in his personal bubble. He would probably do very well in a home with older or calmer cats who will respect his space.Given his status as a former stray, I am not interested in adopting him to anybody who plans to let or keep him outside. He has extreme anxiety about it and should be indoor only

Story
If you are looking for a little man who is very serious about his play time, meet Brian.  Brian thinks any toy on the end of a string is the best thing since windows, which he also loves.  He is quite willing to take breaks from playing and being silly to enjoy a churu treat. Brian will be shy until he is comfortable in his new home.  After he's comfortable and relaxes, he will happily show off his playful side and sweet temperament.  He will do best in a quieter home, so he has an easier time feeling relaxed.  Brian might not ever be a lap cat, but with a patient human, he will probably be content to be nearby his person. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website - https://demisanimalrescue.com/demis-adoption-application/  All cats are spayed/neutered, mircochipped, FeLV tested and up to date on vaccinations (combo shot, rabies - if age appropriate) ##2471237##

Story
Hello, I am Simba, pull up a comfy pillow & I'll tell you about myself and my sister, Nala.  We are an older--well more like--middle-aged pair of bonded kitties.  I am a very chill guy and just love the simple life.  I don't need a lot of fluff & stuff in my life, I'm quite content to have a warm bed to nap on and my person to curl up next to.  I very much love Nala and we are super happy together.   When I was originally being built, there must have been some spare parts laying around because I ended up with extra toes.  It makes for cute mitten-feet.  My extra toes have nails, so budget a few extra seconds when it's nail-trimming time.    I have hyperthyroidism which the vet and my foster are trying to control through my diet.  I'm allergic to the normal cream that would be used for this condition, so it was necessary to find other ways to help me stay healthy.  Our human servants at Demi's would be happy to talk with any potential adopter about my and Nala's care. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website - https://demisanimalrescue.com/demis-adoption-application/  All cats are spayed/neutered, mircochipped, FeLV tested and up to date on vaccinations (combo shot, rabies - if age appropriate) ##2620583##
