Story
I originally rescued Totoro from a bush in a commercial area while someone was trimming a bush and I was worried they were going to knick her with the blades. She was not microchipped/ have an owner. She was dehydrated and underweight so I thought she was a teen cat, but she was just a small fully grown adult. I got her spayed, vaccinated, and cleaned up, and she has lived with me since. She is the absolute sweetest thing, she just needed a little love and time to adjust, and was fully litter trained from the day I got her. I later introduced her to my other two cats little by little, trying everything but nothing worked. I had her living in her own room to keep her comfy living her best life, but recently moved to a studio apartment with no separated room, forcing her to be with the other cats. I love her so much but she has since been incredibly stressed, and deserves to live in a good home without other pets. I hope to find her a calm, patient person willing to give her a good life

Story
I found Captain Kitty on the street when he was about 6 weeks old. He was in rough shape, and I took him in and nursed him back to health. He quickly became a great pal to me. Captain is loyal, silly, cuddly, and loves to be the center of attention. He grinds his teeth when you scratch him on his chin, and sticks his tongue out when he's relaxed. He gets along well with my other cat, Louis. Unfortunately, as Captain matures, he's developed a grudge against my energetic dog leading to aggressive behavior towards the dog. Otherwise, he doesn't have a mean bone in his body. Just a funny little cat. Captain would do best in a house without a dog, and an owner who can give him a lot of cuddles and scratches. Captain is not a scaredy cat. He is very social and enjoys meeting new people. He really is so special. I wish he could stay with me forever, but I can tell he'd rather live in a house without a dog.

Story
I am fostering Pasco until he can find a forever home. He's 5 years old and microchipped. He is probably the sweetest, most affectionate cat I (and many others!) have ever met. Seriously, if you want a cat who actually enjoys constant love and pets, this is the one. He is also chatty and has an adorable meow. He would be great in a family with kids or just a household where he can get plenty of love and cuddles. Bonus if there are other cats in the household - Pasco loves having a playmate! He also acclimates to new places and people extremely fast. All around just an amazing cat and companion.

Story
I've had CJ since he was about 4 months old, he was taken in by a rescue in Riverview and he came home with me during COVID. We lived in a much larger space at the time , he had a non related sister cat and it was great. Life has changed our space has changed. I will be moving into a space with a reactive dog that cannot live with a cat as much as we want to make it happen it's much too risky. I don't want to put CJ in a dangerous situation because reactive dogs can be unpredictable. I tried finding a friend but of course all my friends have at least 1-2 cats and can't take on another sweetie. Please help me find a safe loving home for my sweet boy to live the rest of his life happy and comfortable. He would love a home with another cat, he was in a foster situation when I got him and he loves other cats, he loves to wrestle playfully and he's pretty vocal, hungry boy that loves treats. He would come with his litter box and a bubble backpack. The litter box is stainless steel.

Story
Meet Snickers Snickers is a 5-year-old indoor cat who has been deeply loved her entire life. She is a sweet, talkative girl with a huge personality, and once she gets comfortable, you’ll realize she is always trying to have a conversation with you. she loves running around the house and sitting by the window watching lizards outside. She is very active during the day, and at night her favorite thing is curling up nearby to watch TV with you. Snickers has epilepsy, which she has had since shortly after we adopted her. Her medication has always been compounded Zonisamide. She receives 1 mL in each ear once daily at night. She can sometimes become overstimulated during play and may bat at you or gently try to bite, but it is playful and never mean-spirited. She truly is a very loving cat. She has lived with a dog before but has never interacted with another cat. Her favorite foods are Fussie Cat dry food and wet food, though she is not very food motivated.

Story
Princess is a 2-month-old kitten looking for a loving forever home. She has been spayed, litter box trained,is up to date on her vaccinations, has a microchip, and comes with her veterinary paperwork. She is very playful, curious, and affectionate. Since she is still a baby, she may cry at times and enjoys attention and playtime. She does great with children and loves to explore and play with toys. We are currently introducing her slowly to dogs, so we are still learning how she does with them. We are looking for a safe, patient, and loving home that will give her plenty of attention as she grows.

Story
Buffy is a sweet and cuddly cat who loves to spend time with her humans. She likes to lay on laps and will sleep next to you all night. Though she will always accept love from people, she is not good with other cats and probably not with dogs either. Aside from that, she is goofy and LOVES food. She is a very good choice for anyone who wants a single cat.

Story
Axl is 6 years old. He likes to cuddle a lot and play with strings and lasers. At first he is shy with new people, but doesn't take too long to open up and wander around. He is good with using all types of scratchers as well. Overall he is a very loving and playful cat. Some of Axl's issues stem from feeding. He is one of those cats that seem to always be hungry. An hour before feeding time he starts to follow you around to get fed. He doesn't have any problems with our dog, but our other cat does not like to play, which is an issue. Since she is not a playful cat it's like he is attacking her when he tries to play occasionally. I think that Axl would do better as an only cat, but could be happy with another cat with similar characteristics. He loves to go out on the patio/balcony and layout in the sun, so any exposer to outdoors will do him well.
