He was a stray we got him when he was 4 wks old just showed up at our home. We’ve had him for a year and unfortunately my sons asthma was asking up and his allergy test came back he’s highly allergic to cats. I have 3 kids and my youngest is 5 Pulga has never bitten or scratched him he’s playful and loves to sleep. He’s his own boss as most cats are he’s an amazing pet. I am looking for a loving new home for my little Honey Bunch Ruby. This is a very difficult decision, but she needs to be the only cat in the household. The only reason I am rehoming her is because she does not get along with my older cat. Otherwise, I would happily keep her.Ruby is a very affectionate lap cat who loves attention and companionship. She can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once she gets comfortable, she becomes incredibly loving and devoted. Buddy was adopted over 1year ago in Tampa at the pet resource center where he had been spayed and given his shots. Since I've had him he has been 100% in the house. He ran outside once and didnt enjoy that outdoor experience. I have 2 large dogs and another older cat. Buddy is great with families he's just active and needs attention at times. The other cat we have is female and doesnt like him so she doesnt play with him like she use to and the dogs are pit and lab mix and they dont really like cats like that. I need a good home for Buddy because he deserves someone who wants lots of love. We have to downsize due to our work schedule and the reason I adopted Buddy was to give the other cat a playmate but she's grown put of that need now Buddy doesnt have a friend. I want a good home for him because he is too cute and precious

Wednesday was born on the solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. My brother's cat had a litter, and I was able to adopt him when he was a young kitten. I recently moved in with my girlfriend and I am unable to meet the needs of Wednesday. Wednesday has a ton of love to give, he loves to cuddle and play with his toys. Once he is comfortable he loves to chill and look out windows or get sun. He loves to be in rooms with people and is not scared of having company over. Wednesday is a single cat and could benefit from living in a home with other cats as well. I feel that he would thrive in a home where he can get the attention and love he deserves. He is up to date on his shots, and is litter box trained. He comes with an automatic feeder, water dispenser, tons of cat toys, and a cat tower. I am hoping to find someone who will give him the love he deserves, as he will return that love 10 fold.

Violet is a senior kitty residing in our Haven facility. Violet needs to have eyedrops in her left eye a few times a week, which she takes without any problem. Please complete our online Adoption Application (https://cutt.ly/SaveOurStrays). An application is required to move forward with any adoption. NO PHONE CALLS, PLEASE! All Save Our Strays Inc cats have been sterilized, given one distemper vaccine, a rabies vaccine and have been tested for FeLV if under 6 months of age and for both FeLV/FIV if older. Also all have been microchipped. A contract must be completed prior to any adoption after approval of the adopter by one of our adoption volunteers. There is a screening process so merely wanting to adopt doesn't make someone eligible to adopt. Adoptions are approved at the discretion of the screeners. Please note cats come in and out of foster homes so seeing a cat on this site does not guarantee it will be available when you contact us. Also we do not adopt on a first come first serve basis. Our volunteers, particularly the foster homes, have first right of adoption even if at some point the photo is posted on this site.
